    Many Chinese speakers here are saying the video is too wordy. For this person who is not familiar with the methods of Chinese cooking, his explanations are clear and helpful, not at all excessive.

      :3 I just don't understand why to wash cabbage in a bowl when you're just putting the pieces back in after rinsing them. You're putting them back into the water that you just dropped unwanted stuff into. You should just use running water. Lol

      @@ReligionAndMaterialismDebunked well.. in Australia water is precious and running water is wasteful. if we fill a bowl do two rinses its actually much better for the natural resources plus, we pay for water as well so it helps to keep the water bill down. dunno about china though.. but definitely if you come here.. don't be wasting water. some places there is a water wise saying 'if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down'.

    I am Thai and like to cook. Even though the Thai subtitles are not complete
    But that was enough to make me understand and follow.
    Some foods, if you know the techniques Know some ingredients The food that you used to eat every day will change immediately.

    I made this dish this afternoon. I subbed balsamic with apple cider vinegar and added a tablespoon of oyster sauce and some crushed szechuan peppercorns. It was excellent. Thank you, sir!

    我不會搞得太複雜,就去買扁魚包,一包300元,炒一次大白菜就加兩片,再加根辣椒和須些蒜頭,最後把泡好的香菇水給加進去,然後加鹽糖.
    台灣的作法就是用三種料去調味,一是扁魚干的海味,二是香菇的山珍味,三是豬皮的陸味,有了這三味,就會很美味.

    新鮮大白菜清晰兩三天就乾淨了 ,洗好再切 菜的 養分才不會跑掉,加少許鹽 調味料了就好了,不需要那麼複雜。
