    Small tip! The green banana bag that you get the tarp in has two loops on each end. This can be suspended as a small gear Pocket for Your personal items on a ridge line inside the tarp or over your head in the hammock.. You can also purchase a child size hammock from TTTM and suspend under Your Hammock as a gear hammock to store bags, Food & clothes to keep them off theground.. :-)

    This is a great review Foggy, I’m getting one mate! I’ve been after a new one that is simpler and lighter and you have sold it, just ordered it.
    Appreciate the time you put into the video mate.

    Thanks for your detailed review, you along with MCQBushcraft have inspired me to take up bushcrafting and i have just placed an order for a single hammock & tarp. I am already planning a night away so I can test my setup. I hope you're on a commission with TTTM you've done an excellent job selling the benefits of hammocking to me. Just another couple of bits of kit and I'll be ready to rock & roll. Thanks once again Foggy

    I bought a hammock made by these folks 10 years ago. It's a Double, and I've been nothing but happy with it. I travel a lot for work, and have slept many, many hours in mine. Great construction, great hammock. I am a climber, so I usually just use daisy chains around the tree. Also, the length of it is perfect for using on structural scaffolding. Mine came with S-hooks on the ends, but those got swapped for carabiners on the first day.
    Thanks for the review.

      Mortalrigger How did the double fare you? I ordered a double a day or so ago because I wanted more wiggle room than a single, are they too big for one person or are they a nice size?

      IMO the double is perfect. I'm about a medium sized human, and there's plenty of room. Most comfortable hammock I've seen in that style. A lot of the guys in my industry carry our hammocks to work, and after work we hang them in the grid (catwalk area) of the arena we're in and catch some Zzz. Mine draws interest from the other guys.

    Very cool. I have never heard of this company before. I like how they design the stuff sacks, very clever to go with the company name but also seems like it would cram into the dead spaces of a ruck well. I am a fan of the single size hammocks as well, and like to have good straps and hardware (not the real light stuff). That tarp is absolutely genius! Love the tension straps on the comers, and it looks like a nice big diamond for good coverage. I just got a good deal on the Hennessey 10x12 deluxe hex tarp and will be going out tomorrow to give it a test. Thanks for the review bro.

    I just bought a TTTM hammock and I love it. Unfortunately it rained all night and I didn't have a tarp. I have been researching lightweight travel gear for some outdoor travel and your video has inspired me to go with a hammock and tarp. Perhaps it is addressed in your other videos, but what is the under-blanket and where would I find one? Excellent review!

    Theres no Mossie net Foggy mate. A hammock must have one for me, essential, especially at this time of year here in Britain. The little buggers are about and biting hard and fast right now, I know, I was out yesterday a got quite badly bitten. Thanks for this review anyway.

    Dear Fog360 Bushcraft.. Nice video.. well done.Whats Your oppinion of the quality and specifics for hard use of the TTTM Hammock system and tarp etc.. compared to lets says DD hammocks, UKHammocks or Hennesey Hammocks? Is it as good in rain or Extreme conditions? How is the TTTM hammocks for sleeping all night and trying to lie diagonally for a more linear position..? Thanks

    • @fog360
      @fog360  8 лет назад +1

      Hi Mitch I've used lots of hammocks and my personal hammock is the ticket to the moon very easy to set up lots of room. I sleep on my side in mine no problem at all with lots of room on the double. It's very well made and I still use mine to date. The tarp can be a bit small but it's the best tarp I've ever used. Very water proof. I did a bug out video using it and that night was one of the worst storms to hit the uk, I was fine and stayed dry. My friend who I camped with did have some problems with a well know brand tarp as the wind picked up ripping it. Mine was fine with no issues. Hope this helps bro.

    • @TheBossMitch
      @TheBossMitch 8 лет назад +1

      ..Super! But the question is now.. Double or single hammock? Its the Width of the hammock which is wider right? Not the length? Does the double hammock effect on how you can position yourself? I mean you can sleep more on an angle to get a flat position? Im 175 cm and weight 84 kg .. or can i still get a good night sleep in a single?
