I'll listen on loop before I sleep and I'll post my results in the morning.
Night one: Nothing happened, but I don't really care, I know I'll never give up on this sub.
I fell asleep before getting into the void state, so I'll focus more.
Also, I haven't said it yet, but I'm listening 10 times each night.
Night two: Argh, I keep falling asleep. I really love the music.
Also, I'm starting to not care about shifting as much, BUT HEAR ME THROUGH-
I love shifting so much, and I'll never give up on it, it's just I don't feel the need to perfectly meditate, and try so hard. I feel like I will shift soon because I don't obsess over it and overthink it as much.
Night three: Same.
Night four: I was dreaming, I knew it, but I couldn't control it.
Night five: Took a break.
Night six: Listened five times, and I realised something. I need to quit trying to get into the void state immediately. When I try to shift, I will try to shift, meanwhile I go into the void state slowly.
Night seven: I listened 10 times today, lets see how it goes. Also, I love this reality and all, I always will, but... If I stop updating, that means I permashifted.
I do not intend to stay in this reality any more.
Night eight: I kinda got into the void state.
Night nine: I fell asleep! Also, I'm listening 3-5 times a night instead of ten. Ten times every night is pretty draining! Also, this comment is getting a lot of likes! 13! Interesting...
Night ten: You probably already know what happened. Hint: It happened the night before.
Night eleven: Didn't shift, but listened for an hour.
Night twelve: Nothing much. Taking a break for awhile.
Ok, break is over.
