There is no comparison between PSUs and JE. Yes AE is a good post but PSUs has its own advantages medical facilities, high DA, perks and quick promotion policy and many more. If someone get into a right PSUs and found interest in technical jobs he or she can achieve way more than so called power in AE. PSUs provide perks (prp) with time it gets huge. And lastly if u r making a video on this kind imp topic don't just give your own openion sir, it's important balance things out. AE has many negative parts also.
@@biswajitghosh6443 yes bilkul it has negative parts , perks depends on company performance and so is prp , you can’t get prp every year , in psu their is no quick promotion their is change in grade pay only as i have mentioned in video also 😀
