Louisiana at least knew what she said. Minnesota didn't know what to answer.

Judge Marshall gave 4.0 to Texas, 6.0 to New York and 9.9 to Minnesota...i mean like wtf...

Because Louisiana did not understand the question along with nerves she lost her concentration. The questions from the judges were excellent and well thought out and it allowed us to learn more about the delegate. Right now Miss USA is set up like a meat market. The state pageants are more interested than our national pageant. That is why I love the Texas USA pageant so much as well as Florida.

A friend who competed in this pageant took behind the scene footage and Miss Minnesota made fun of herself as she entered the bus to attend the coronation ball.

I disagree that none of the other 5 could have made top 3 at Miss Universe. While Chelsi was a fantastic choice, I also think Miss New York could have made top 3 at Miss Universe and potentially, won. Tons of elegance and well spoken.

LOL.... Minnesota is so stupid. I'm not an American and I know what afffirmative action is, and she didn't! I think she took it to mean 'affirmative action' in the literal sense, which would mean positive action to help her career. That is why she said she uses affirmative action - she just meant to say she thinks and works positively.

Marshall lowballed Shana and Chelsea..done on purpose...but ha ha! They finished 1-2 anyway!

He was favoring Minnesota and once he saw she blew it he butchered the ones after her hoping she would make it in the final3

Do Americans really think Miss TX the Black woman is beautiful ?
I really dont understand! this country is full of BK privilege!
I think Miss MN is suitable for the crown in 6

Minnesota is beautiful but she did not answer her question. She is not a complete package. I would actually prefer New York.

I definitely think the judge Marshall had some sort of bias against Texas - he gave her a 4.00!? She didn't deserve such a low score...

NY answered best, tho she could have said more to give it a little more punch. FL was 2nd with a decent answer. 4-way tie for last as LA had a good premise, but couldn't get her thoughts or words together. MN lost her head completely. TX contradicted herself and was very unclear. IL began answering, then got side-tracked and never got back on point. My ranks based on this question and overall impression: Texas, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Louisiana, Illinois.
