Our hair color is very similar my hair is dyed brown black but it’s a natural light brown with red tint to it and it shows red always in the light lol

Doesn't the oil fry up your hair when you apply it before the straightener?
Caroline Donato no because hair oils are specifically meant to use with devices that have direct heat. You just have to look at the bottle and make sure it’s safe
