In my personal opinion, it doesn't sound great, sounds like you took two completely different songs and simply overlapped them on top of each other. - maybe with a bit more editing and less overlapping of the lyrics of the two songs, move some of the parts, and there and you got yourself a solid remix. (A tip, because I prefer my criticism to be useful: try using instrumentals of the two songs in some places!)
