Operator Replacement Suggestions (ORS):
Kroos: Any Sniper.
Fang: Any Vanguard.
Melantha: Any Guard.
Ansel/Hibiscus: Any Medic.
Lancet: Always dependable.
Beagle/Cardian: Any Defender.
Steward: Recommended due to target priority.
Adnachiel: Any Sniper (damage will influence when and how often your Defender becomes frozen).

I didn't build steward so I didn't use him. I placed lappland behind beagle and it works.

if you have any DP gen and you have mrytle you can put her in the cage next to the vanguard where she can then get you that needed DP

The thing I didn't get from the first watch and attempt was that Steward deployment has to be after the cryo spider passes his deployment spot. On my second run, I replaced Ansel with Mulberry and added Nearl and Lappland in the 2 empty spots, deployed them in bottom for the last couple of waves there. (I know, Wandering Medics were not in the game when this chapter was released - I'm so happy they exist now!)

If u have a Lappland, use her in bottom lane

If you have Exsusiai use her on the bottom lane. Make life much more interesting, (should have followed the guide... )

Durnar is a solid replacement for Beagle with her S2, she helps to dispatch the cleavers faster.

I was having trouble keeping my Sniper and Caster alive so instead, I moved them to the other side of the Defender. They get the Chill debuff, but it at least made it a lot more manageable lol

I just used shaw to push the spiders up and let Amiya and hoshi take care of the cleaver bois

I don't really get why Stewart is the ONLY caster that has that talent if it's so useful. I barely even bothered promoting him, before, why does he keep being vital to your strategies?

Since Steward does not target the spiders it leaves a gap in between each spider death. You could just use any other Casters, but then you gotta watch for the frozen status and swap in another Defender.
