Is coal river in West Virginia ? If it is. You have be really hard up to go in this filty river. 2
@@richardcaplinger3622 Yeah it is. The coal river group has cleaned it up a lot there’s always people swimming at the beach at both upper and lower falls. Plus they do the tour de coal each year here which is the largest flat water kayaking event in the USA.
