There is probably people gay, there is even girls in high level (albeit rare). But lot of game were made for male as girls didn't really played game before (it's recent, like 15 years something, when i was in high school it was still girls saying "Huh ? you play game ew" kinda of mentality. It started to change slowly back then, and now it's not like that, except some exception but ofc it won't be before another few years that females will start be more pro. And ofc skill still matter, also men tend in general to more give their all in a passion, so there will be more men trained/skilled in game than girls even if their will be girls giving their all too, just less in numbers.).

Alright I’m just going to say this as someone who’s been in management of an esports team. Last ESEA season we had two members of the LGBT community on our Team. The culture of the team had to change completely from the three players who were already on the team, making the original members of the team uncomfortable and not wanting to speak up because of the abuse and rebutting of the new players, even with this we still had to change the verbiage of plays and callouts. For example, we had to change a play name from: “Virtus Pro” to “Fast Valley Take” because they didn’t want a play named after a Russian team. There were also many instances when in a ESEA match we had to take a timeout so that one of our original players could be “corrected” on the pronouns of our newer player. So we kicked them after the season and now are finding correlations with players who can’t focus and play well in a team setting tend to have pronouns in their bio or claim to be part of the LGBT community, they care more about themselves than being with the team. So in all, Esports is not a space for people who aren’t adjusted well to stressful and intense situations.

Nothing is stopping a diverse team from getting a world first in WoW. Well that is if they’re good enough that is. Also, what does being a woman, if black, or gay have to do with getting a world first. As long as someone is good at a game their gender identity, their skin color, or their sexual orientation has nothing to do with how they play a game. Skill is skill, if you have it then nothing else matters.

Pyromancer has that stance of protecting women from facing consequences. This type of guys are a paradox because they belive when you criticise a woman you criticise that woman because she is a woman even though they are the ones that belive you criticise women because they are women. You can easily make up this argument even if it is not true because:
    1. The one you criticise is a woman.
    2. The distinction between criticisizing a woman because she is a woman and criticisizing a woman because she said something dumb, is very thin. They deliberately, by default, choose to belive that you attack her because she is a woman. They dont even check if the criticism is legitimate.
So, you cannot make an argument with them. You cannot criticise women in their presence. Your proof can come with videos and undeniable proof they will come up with the argument along the lines that you are targeting women because they are women, and men do it to and conveniently leave out the fact that for men there are already multiple laws and ways to punish one.
I am wiliig to bet that EVERYONE in the comment section here and Alana knows or knew someone like that. They are just either brainwashed or just disingenious because they stand more if he is not seen as a threat and an easier way to get access to the gates of heaven.
L.E: I forgot to mention. Usually, these type of guys usually have a girlfriend or a wife that are very sensitive to negative emotions.

Likely not is my instant thought, just because the stars align a little too conveniently.
