This is a scripture from the bible. “He” is referring to the God that is within me. I will make another affirmation like this without that part in it for those who don’t resonate :) But essentially it means God that is within me, the greater one that is within. Hope that helps

No.. God, the creator, source energy, the entire universe lives within you, everything comes from within you. that’s where the power lies, the power does not lie in world, your 3D. Creation comes from within first not outside sources.
