im not sure why but osho and his teachings greatly influenced how I see the world. his ideas and philosophy strongly connected with my own understanding. i think maa anand sheela and some christian residents damaged his reputation. he openly challenged norms, which made him seem unconventional and somewhat sinister. the events at rajneeshpuram were indeed strange and media portrayal painted him as a cult leader involved with the hippie movement.
