It should be fairly tight, so it can't move around in the box. Also. Box it so that it is as easy for you to pick up and move around. If it's easy for you. It's easy for the delivery driver. Glass should stand on its edge, so mark the box "this side up".
Not sure. I have only dealt with USA and Canada. DHL will probably ship it, but importing costs are unknown to me for your country. Crate it with wood box though.
Thankyou for your rispans if you know anybody thath shipping low cost let me know I pay you for averything thankyou my imail is nunzioformica6@gmail.com
I have been selling car parts on ebay but never sold large items because I didn't know how to ship them. I have some used auto glass and that's how I came across your video. I used to work at ups hub as well. I haven't used greyhound shipping yet, but you can ship from station to station through them, or there's another partner they use that will ship door to door, station to door, etc. www.busfreighter.com/about-us/how-it-works/
Would you be interested in helping a nice lady in Vermont ship to Audi Fox windshields to Alabama. She says she will not pack them nor ship them. How am I to get these two windshields I need? I used to do Craigslist gigs. On very heavy items I was taking a big chance that they might steal the items. They were so heavy the prices were around thousands of dollars to ship a $250 concrete fireplace. I got lucky it worked every time. But on these windshields she needs to receive cartons and packing that the windshields can be put in and then somebody needs to go there pack them up and carry them to the shipping company or something like that let me know thank you
This helped allot. Thanks. I'm going to double wrap mine with pool noodles as well. I'm selling some glass from a 1978 El Camino I parted out.
Great video, I appreciate the tips
You are welcome.
Thx for video, I gotta ship a car glass to Trinidad from Canada...
No problem.
Thanks for the insight.
How tight do you pack it in the box. Do you leave it loose so it can move around ? Or super tight with foam/bubble wrap ?

Thanks for video

I can't do much to help from here other than recommend flat panel TV boxes purchased from Uhaul.
