he gives a whole speech about his dad every concert before they sing this song. he puts so much emotion into it and it's honestly so moving. the song itself is extremely moving to me but just seeing how passionate he is about it and how much he truly cares about making his father proud brings me to tears. hearing Taka plus the crowd singing it all together is the most beautiful thing i've ever heard. if you have the chance to see One Ok Rock live, DO IT! you won't regret it.
Aww~ The one goal I have now is to watch them perform live, but they're not coming to my country for tour for years now. I heard some of the crowd in Canada and America are small, so I plan to fly there to see their performances in the future. Or even better invite them to my country through actions, not sure if I can persuade people to join me in it though...

"Rumours" Maybe that is your answer, even if you have a hard time with one of your parents does not always mean that they don´t love each others? I dunno but if you read a rumour then maybe ask yourself is it true, if it neccesary and if its really that important.

I'm crying.. my mother's alone with me and my little sister. And sometimes I'm such an awful child and can't do anything against that. This song describes pretty much how I'm feeling about my mum. She's such a strong woman and I could never find the words how to tell her, how much I love her. It's so difficult. But this song.. it perfectly describes everything.

Keep fostering those feelings and do your best, thats all anyone can ask of you. and learn that the mistakes, no matter how or who berates you, are there to help in many ways, doing whats right regardless of who says what. helping yourself in some way because you are allowed to be selfish, its just the people that don't give back and are ungrateful that are wrongfully selfish. Your mother sounds amazing and I know how it feels to be in that position. Just keep your head up and remind your mom that you love her and appreciate it all. It's very extremely rare that you can find a Japanese artist who sings in key. What a pleasant surprise. He's incredible and so young too. Which means we can look forward to lots more beautiful music like this in the future. Teaching this to my students in Fukuoka. So happy! Thank you.
I don't have the best relationships with either of my parents so it just kinda hurts hearing this song because I don't get much love from them and I just want to make them proud but I feel like all I do is screw things up. When I first heard this song I didn't pay close attention to the lyrics but now I do because I feel numb and I want to feel.
My father passed away in 2018 (nearly 3 years ago) and this song just relates to my father’s and I’s relationship. Even my mother, who has also helped shape me into the person that I am today. Words cannot express my gratitude towards OOR for making this masterpiece of a song. Thank you so much.

This song reminds me of my dad, which really hurts because he passed away two years ago and there so much I missed and wished I could have said before his downfall. My mom has been picking my mess of a self up lately, but my dad was always there for me while my mom was at work. We fought a lot these past few years, but this song just reminds me of him.
I heard this song in hot topic, didn't think it was ONE OK ROCK until my sister told me. Went home and listened to it and now I just want to listen to it over, and over, and over. I love this SO much.

Every time I listen to this I think about my mom and my stepdad. They've done so much for me, especially my stepdad with the difficult relationship I have with my dad. Knowing they've been there for me (almost) every time I was down, always believing I'd get back up. I'll admit, sometimes even they let me down when I needed them, but I love them so much and words can't describe how much they've done for me.
I really want to sing this for them someday - maybe at their wedding anniversary, just to tell them how much their support has helped me though the years.

Being a dyslexic child, my mother and I went through so many hardships and fights when I was younger to the point where now that im 24, i'm not as close to her as before. She had to sacrifice a lot when I was younger, her dream career all crashed down becos of me and my problem. I was indeed a rebel back in the days. I graduated college and I finally have a job now.. I know that she's proud of me but at the same time, i still feel useless
I'm realizing just how much like my mom I'm becoming. I just hope that her bravery and confidence passes on to me so I can do what she never could. So that I can make her proud. I want to be that first generation in our family to become something my family can be proud of. I want to accomplish what they couldn't do
