I remember reading a lengthy motorcycle mag article years ago (forget what mag it was) about the process George Beale went through to replicate this machine. It remains the most incredible build I've ever heard of.
I come from a era of watching these machines. Original ones had 3 sets of "Points on ignition system yes." No electronics in those days. They never broke down and reved to telephone numbers.
i saw the real Honda 6 when i was a teenager at Brands Hatch with Mike Hailwood riding it, what an awesome sound that i will never forget, i haven't heard any racing engine that sounds as good.
I used to love going to the post TT races at Mallory Park, we used to sit in the stand at Gerard's Bend and the sound of Hailwood's Honda and Agostini's MV resonating of the tin walls are unforgettable, not forgetting all of the rest greats that gave joy to all of us.
Servus Hermann! I'm still a little deaf ... first the 6-cylinder Agusta 350 last month, and now this Japanese/British wonder ... it's not easy for me ... Enjoy!
Honda authorised George Beale to make one . He had an original to copy and draw ....I think if you've got deep pockets they cost about £250.000 / $320.000
Trop cool!

Forget the Mona Lisa, this is the most beautiful work of art ever created by a person.
Being an old fart, saw all these bikes race at Brands Hatch, Honda, Yamaha, MV, all sorts. The noise was beautiful !!!!!
Cheers John!

Seeing and hearing this motorcycle live is truly a worthwhile experience.
Cheers Mike. Have a good time!
Imagine how Mr Honda felt, he had to create the thing! The engineering involved was way ahead of its time.

Fantastic race bike , but Vrooom Vrooom Vrooom Vrooom Vrooom for nothing really , boring
....really mate? what a boring statement to make....
@@gtan431You have to get the bike up to temperature before riding it, which is exactly what he was doing here. I do the same with mine.
Really?
So the sound a Honda Six makes to your ears is "Vrooom Vrooom "? Really !!? Better ask a real bloke to explain it to you.....
