    Great video! This is so timely for me. I tend to let things just keep circling around in my brain instead of grounding them in a way that I get more done and have more fun doing it. I found an unused journal in my stack that hadn’t found its purpose yet, and made a small happiness tracker for the remaining days in May. I figure I can tweak it a bit for June as i see what works and what I may need to add or amend. I easily listed 21 daily items. I have checked off 4 for today so far and love seeing those check marks. I also appreciated the discussion on gratitude. For me it tends to pop up at various times during the day instead of making a definitive list every day.

      Wow! I’m so glad it hit home and I can’t wait to hear what you think about the tracking. I was pretty genuinely surprised the impact it’s had on my overall emotional state and that brain churn…oh how I do get that. This does seem to help. 🩷🩷🩷
