Hi Heather! You do a great job with your videos! You are professional in your work and presentation, and explain your steps properly and in a way that makes it fun and easy to follow. Continue your good work! 👍🏻
Thanks so much Pan, really appreciate that! I've been following your channel since I first got into detailing about 5 years ago and learnt so much from it! Thanks again for commenting :)
Great video as always, Heather. Bit sunny and warm here today - I used a ceramic protection on my car for the first time and have got some odd areas of smearing that would not buff off. I used the protection (Turtle Wax brand) only sparingly as advised and suspect the sun conspired against me. It’s all a learning process.
Thanks David :) Ahh that's a real pain, it's tricky to know how some products will react on warmer panels, some are definitely more forgiving than others. On the next wash it'll probs go, if not you can always reapply and it'll usually correct itself
Nice car, but I'm more impressed by the water behaviour of the valet pro products especially after your final rinse. Short but still a great video Heather.
You are definitely one of my favorite detailing channels. You do a great job on each detail and your process is easy to follow when I do my own vehicles. The video and audio quality are excellent too. Plus I must say that I love your accent. Keep up the great work Heather!

Hi young lady, I'm just starting out in doing detailing for my own car a Ford Tourneo Custom, I could do with some answers you may have The citrus mix how long can it keep before renewing it What cleaning products do you use to clean your foam gun , brushes etc? What washing product do you use for towels, cloths etc Does it matter using the 2 bucket method to keep using them as designated rinse or wash ? Do you clean (not rinse) your buckets, if so what is your preferred cleaning product/approach? Lastly do you use glass cleaner protection or just cleaner? Thank you for any response you provide, respectfully yours
Thanks for watching :) 1. It should stay pretty stable when mixed up so I keep the mix for a max of 2-3 months 2. I just use an all purpose cleaner like Koch Chemie Greenstar at 10% 3. I use The Rag Company Rags to Riches 4. As long as the buckets are thoroughly cleaned after each use it shouldn't matter but mine are labelled so I do keep them designated 5. I rinse them out straight after each wash and dry with a spare microfiber towel 6. If the car already has a glass sealant or coating then I'll use Soft99 Glaco De Cleaner which has protection in, otherwise I'll just use a standard glass cleaner
Hey, it's not pH neutral but I've used it on ceramic coatings and it's been fine. Any decent coating should be more than capable of handling an alkaline pre-wash especially if it's diluted to the right ratio

Great video Heather. That Kranzle makes such a difference Vs the other pressure washer you used to employ. Also, that spray on rinse off protection looks amazing. The sheeting looked incredible. These type of products seem to be getting better all the time. I just bought Mckees37 Hydro Blue PRO . It is nothing short of amazing it claims to have 50% more SIO2 than other spray and rinse coatings. I implore you to try it on an upcoming vehicle.
Top drawer video as always Heather, thanks for the content. Was the 4:1 dilution on the citrus as diluted as it can get, or did you choose that level due to how much traffic film there was? The Valet Pro stuff seemed to be good enough, in the main, and they're usually well priced products too I'd say. All the best.
Thanks Lee! You can definitely go more diluted with Squid Ink Citrus. On cars like this with no protection I like to go around 1:4-1:5 but on something a bit more maintained I go for about 1:10
Thanks Mark! I think they’re worth investing in for the Kranzle especially even if the only reason is to be sure that the orifice size is correct. The generic ones usually don’t specify the orifice so it’s tough to know if they’re really suitable
Another fabulous video. I love the ASMR aspects when filling the spray bottles. I do a low mileage so never get the satisfaction of doing a really dirty car. Must ask my neighbour if I can clean hers - it goes to the Tesco hand wash twice a year!
Nice video Heather. Been using valet pro products as well, also thought much the same. The dragon breathe is definitely a good fallout Remover and I really like using snow seal for a quick and easy sealant for a few months protection till the next wash. I look forward to the next one 🙌
Thank you! I wish I'd have had a bit more time on the day to give Dragon Breath a go on the paintwork but I've still got plenty left so will give it a try when I do a chemical decon!
Good result on the car and another good watch. Impressive clean transformation Heather. The dark grey metallic is the same as my car and it shows up winter dirt and salts like no other! The water behaviour from the 2nd snow foam product is, as you say, an ideal product for that winter detail look. Nice one valet pro 👏. An honest, appreciative review Heather 👏 have a good week ahead.

It sounds silly, but I watched so many other reviews but felt I could trust yours the most....thanks again Heather.
@@AutoCareHQ One down side - it's flippin heavy lol
@@gesit24 I'm glad you're happy with it! Haha they're so solid they aren't easy to move around 😂
Hi. What's your water pressure?
I'm using a Kranzle K10 TS which has a flow of about 10 L/min and 130 bar pressure
Roll on summer, I’ve not got the same dedication to detailing like yourself on cold days.!
Haha it's definitely not as fun! Glad the clocks have changed though so I get a bit more time to film in the evenings
@@AutoCareHQ my f-type has not had a wash since my last comment. Any tips for getting the green mold off the roof. Citrus maybe? … or just drop it off with yourself for a few hours. Lol
@@paulsj3273 Definitely give a citrus a try, or even a decent APC, both should be able to shift it!
Great video and nice work 👍👍
Cheers Richard!
Nice maintenance wash 👌🏻
Cheers Jason :)
How much do you charge for this ?
For this kind of wash I normally charge £45 on this size car
@@AutoCareHQ $83 dollars Australian, It's refreshing to see you don't do it cheap cheap like some other channels.
