There are also methods to do multichannel kymograms without splitting channels first. Highly recommend doing this as a macro with multiple commands strung together to save time.
Thank you for this but I have a question regarding choosing the number of pixels. How did you get the 29? My image just says 720x960 pixels in an 8-bit image. Please help, I am not sure with what number I should enter. Thank you!
