Euler Cauchy second order non homogeneous equation
Use the Euler-Cauchy method to substitute in and transform an ODE with variable coefficients, into an ODE with constant coefficients. Then, finish off the problem by the Undetermined coefficient method.
x^(3)y"+x^(2)y'-4xy=1+xcos(lnx)
