I’ve been struggling posing my clients.. Not very good with maternity shoots, but your work is incredible! Hope to improve my skills, please post more videos!
Within the first 2 minutes of watching this video, i was hooked. Thank you for the most simplistic photo tutorial i have EVER seen on RUclips. Thank you, Thank you....THANK ... YOU!!!💞🙏🤰📸
Great poses there. Very well explained, feeling well prepared for a baby shower shoot i will be doing later in the day. Thanks & keep up the good work.
I learn a lot from you! You are amazing!! CAn you share how to adjust the resolution and measures for ig, Facebook and blogs please , i always got problems to adjusting the resolution for ig
I love this❤️ I am new to photoshop that is my biggest struggle. It would be awesome if you could post your editing for this maternity session it looks so natural 😭❤️
Which month / pregnancy week would you recommend scheduling a maternity shoot? Obviously you want to be far enough along for a nice bump, but also pregnancy gets really hard towards the end (lack of sleep, balance, ect.) and it’s a little unpredictable wether you go into Labor +/-2 weeks before your due date. Also your Model is absolutely stunning! I hope she and her baby are happy and healthy.
You're absolutely right! I talk about it in these videos - ruclips.net/video/Tgv-V3NpdGs/видео.html ruclips.net/video/LdKEqhBOcWI/видео.html short answer - between 28-36 weeks, but 30-33 weeks is THE PERFECT TIME for most women
That's my problem, I don't have much space, my 50mm doesn't help me because I need to go back and I can't more. I don't know what lens can I use. I am using my 18-55mm lens but I would like a better lens to use.
@@kseniaprophoto ohhh, It's nice to see someone who want's to share his knowlage with others ❤ I've watched all the videos already, subscribed and wait for more ❤ good luck with your channel ❤
When it's bright outside I just bump up the exposure (make everything brighter) until the skin tone looks bright enough. But you can use flash too, it just doesn't look as natural and totally depends on the look you're going for
I used my 24-70 mm lens at appx 24-55 mm depending on the composition. I try to shoot at longest focal length possible, unless it's a wide shot that needs to have a lot of negative space
Do you always focus on the eyes of the client when photographing maternity? Where was your focal point for these images? What is your aperture to make sure the belly is in focus too?
The pose with the hand on back and on the head was awkward az ...plus the sitting and criss-crossing one on the floor even worse !!!! Not flattering at all!!!
Thank you! Please keep in mind that not everyone is comfortable being on camera and she did amazing and thanks to her I was able to share all these tips with you! So I am grateful to have amazing clients who trust me ❤

Thank you so much this was very helpful, please which lens did you use or which lens would you recommend for maternity shoot ?
It really depends on the space where you're shooting. Indoors/studio I often use 24-70 2.8 and 35 or 50 mm 1.4, for outdoors I can go up to 70-200
Thank you for the video!

Beutifull. What lens did you uso for this session?
Canon 24-70 2.8, but you can use 35 or 50 mm depending on how much space you have

With the windows so bright, how to you keep her bright as well? Do you use a flash?

Maternity shoots aren't my niche but I do get them from time to time, this will be beneficial for me to pose my models, thank you!

Do you ever free hand shoot? I almost never use a tripod for some portraits
I never use a tripod, except if you're have to remote control my camera but very rarely
Awesome 👏
Thanks for watching!
Hola que buen video , que flahs usaste por favor
Hi! I mostly shoot with 24-70 2.8 and 35 mm 1.4 at small indoor locations
Which month is the best shape in maternity photoshoot?
I recommend doing a maternity session between 28-36 weeks, but THE best time is usually around 30-33 weeks
what focal lenth did you use here? 24mm? Thank you!
I used my 24-70 mm lens at appx 24-55 mm depending on the composition. I try to shoot at longest focal length possible, unless it's a wide shot that needs to have a lot of negative space

Can ask whats the camera setting you used please?
Sure! ISO 800, F 3.2 and 1/125 for most of the shots, for silhouettes I dropped the shutter speed to 1/640 to make it darker. Hope that helps!
