I'm currently reading "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?", the inspiration for the classic film with Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. It's good so far! I don't keep a tbr list. I'm too much of a mood reader 🤣
I just added Where I end- Sophie White to my TBR and can't wait to get to it. I'm reading The Searcher by Tana French and although it's a super slow burn I am enjoying it. I also really enjoyed a couple of Peadar O'Guilin's books and want to try out some of his other ones.
I went out Boxing Day I went out clubbing in Liverpool (was a little tipsy) and honestly thought I had met you in the toliet because she had the same hair as you😭 I was literally pointing at her going “YO-HO-HO!!” and I must of looked like a nutter🙃🤣
Hope you will like I'm Thinking of Ending Things. It has one of the best endings I've read in a while. Haven't seen the movie cause the trailer looled way to different. Ps. Love the northern light dots behind you.
I just finished We Used to Live Here by Marcus Kliewer this morning and I’m moving onto Coup de Grace by Sofia Ajram later today. Did you do a video on your 2025 reading goals?
I'm also reading Coup de Grace at the moment, and it seems like it's going to be an over 4 star read for me. I hope you're enjoying it! 🖤 I'll have my stats video up this coming week
Where I End was my favourite horror read of 2024! It’s dark and harrowing so i was quite surprised to find that sophie white’s backlist are mostly comedies/women’s fiction. I hope her next one is horror again
I hate when bookstores don’t show the cover that is advertised! Movie covers are awful. All of them. I recently enjoyed Where I End. I also love books set in Ireland, even though I’ve never been. I hope you find some good one!
I read a Stephen King short story once and when I finished I thought "what did I just read"? There was absolutely no point. I wonder if some short stories are just notes for a novel never written.

I had no idea that story was based on a book, will have to check it out now 😄
@@RGsDevilship so far it's got excellent pyschological horror feels to it.

I hate movie covers as well!
It's so annoying, that's why buying books from bookshops will always be top tier!
I read I’m thinking of ending things in one sitting and it was great. I didn’t like the movie though. I hope you love the book as much as I did!!!
Hello there hey there hey
I read a Stephen King short story once and when I finished I thought "what did I just read"? There was absolutely no point. I wonder if some short stories are just notes for a novel never written.
I'm interested to know what short story it was so I can avoid it 😅
