At 15.55 is where mine went wrong, the valve was letting water through our shower even when off, I stripped it down and found the smaller of the two pins bent. It broke off, thankfully the other pin lined it up and I still got a good deal, all working perfect now.
Hallo thanks for the video. But you forgot the put it out middle screw? You should change it with the another one in the box? In the top of the middle side? And last question i am not sure did you put the filters for hot and cold water? Danke
I have recently had this shower valve installed by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. Even after stripping some tiles off and having a second attempt, I’m not happy with the result. The on/off control knob only turns anti-clockwise to ‘ten to’ on a clock for the overhead, but to ‘twenty past’ in a clockwise direction for the hand held shower. It then continues to ‘half past’ and the hand held continues and the overhead starts dribbling. Can you shed any light on this? Cheers.
It's also very easy to have a look at this without damage to tiles etc, just pull the top handle off with a swift tug, then take the flat head screw out and the two plastic parts will then remove for adjustment. But from what you've said it's installed correctly
Please do a video on the trim installation. The plastic bits supplied, are so confusing, and need simplification for installation via a good RUclips video.
Thank you, Grohe must paid you for a very good howto
Thanks for the video It helped me a lot 👍

Better than the Grohe manual.
There Will be A part 2 to show the installation of the trim set. I have not filmed it yet but i will do so.

That is how it's designed, there is a plastic guiding Bush behind the handle that restricts this, there's no other way to install it
