Ah mister mushroom the nice little easter egg ending you never thought you needed. But to get that there are a few things to do, first of how can to understand him? Hmm is there something "mushroomy" to use? Also there are hidden tablet in a hidden cave in a cave near an nailmaster (can be tough to find). That to is in mushroom language. Then the riddles begin to find mr mushroom :) The way I fight failked champion is staying pretty close to him hitting fast with quickslash and jump over his slams and every time he jumps i dash under him and then quickly attack again. With the unbreakable strength you can get him stunned in only one cycle/jump and then repeat. And when he does his tantrum in the middle of the room i stand a bit of hitting the rocks back to him to deal extra damage to him.
Hey hey! I haven’t commented in a while, but I’ve been following every episode, and wow-you’ve made A TON of progress! My tip/advice would be to use the Unbreakable Strength charm. The difference is definitely noticeable, and (in my opinion) it’s totally worth it. If you’re not planning to use spells during boss fights, I’d also recommend going for a fully nail-focused charm build, since that’s your main way of dealing damage. It’ll be especially helpful because there are still some pretty tough boss fights ahead. The "Gathering Swarm" charm is great for the early to mid-game, but at this point, you only need about 15,800 geo (12k for the final charm, 3k for the fountain, and 800 for Salubra’s Blessing). Plus, you can always farm geo in the Colosseum, so freeing up those charm notches would be a huge help. Of course, stick with whatever works best for you-this is just a suggestion! My favourite nail charms are the unbreakable strength, quick slash and mark of pirde. And sometimes the nailmaster charm that makes the nail art faster.
Seeing how much you enjoyed the Grey Prince Zote fight, I’m sure you’d love to know that you can keep fighting him 10 times, each one getting progressively harder
@ I don’t think there’s any prize 😂 Though actually I just found out myself yesterday that when you beat him a 4th time, Bretta loses faith in him and leaves Hallownest to find true love elsewhere…I’d say saving her from a lifetime of Zote is the best prize of all 😋
You should use more spells, all three spells can be extremely useful, shade soul if you can't hit with a nail, Abyss shriek for max damage if the enemy is above you, and Descending Dark for timed i-frames Also, I think you can fight Pantheon 3 now, since you did Collector and Grey Prince Zote (you've been trolled, Grey Prince Zote is in P3 only if you beat him lol)

Hey, hey, Hollow Knight definitely turned out longer than I expected. The game has just so much exciting content! As we are currently working towards alternate endings, I think we will be hitting a horror in 4 weeks at latest 😅
