This is America
Basically the first scene shows Donald Glover shooting a guy in that weird stance. The stance represents the Jim Crow laws (enforced racial segregation in the 19th Century) and on Google there's a picture that looks exactly like his stance. After he shot the guy you'll notice that there was more care involved with the gun (placed on a red blanket thing and carried away) than with the actual body itself having being dragged away out of frame. The lyrics "dance and shake the frame" could indicate how the media tries to distract you with dancing, music and overall positivity to hide what really happens in the real world - with the body being dragged out of the frame, you could say "out of sight, out of mind" and that it never really happened so be quiet and move on... A lot of shootings and violence that happens in the background is symbolism to how even though all of that shit happens in America, the dancing and music distracts you from it all aka. the media (you almost got it Zias!).
The lines "Don't catch you slippin' now" and "police be trippin' now" represents how police brutality towards black people who are often innocent still fucking exists and how even ordinary people have access to "guns in my area", with the result of glorification of guns and thus Glover feels "I gotta carry 'em" to protect himself from pretty much anyone (fuck knows if they've even read this far but idc I'm high af and can't stop myself from typing rn).
The shooting of the choir could possibly mean the shooting that happened in a church not long ago (I'm from England so I don't know what or where this is but I've heard someone else say something about it).
"This a celly, that's a tool" shows how even whilst chaos happens people sat above with masks on choose to do nothing about it and instead film it on their cell phones and post on social media, believing they're doing the right thing by adding their opinions to it (everyone loves to say what they think nowadays don't they?) instead of actually dealing with the problem. "I'm so fitted, I'm on Gucci, I'm so pretty, I'm gon' get it, Watch me move" sounds like someone bragging about themselves like they do on social media, like people actually give a shit?
"Get your money, Black man" could mean that to avoid corruption in America you need money to pay your way out. Being rich, being successful and being popular is what gives you a higher priority than everyone else. The dancing in the video distracts you from the violence surrounding it. The pursuit of money, and even to some degree success and entertainment themselves, distract from the suffering and systemic inequality that persist. At the same time, Glover recognises that the suffering and systemic inequality are part of what make the money (and the dancing) so enticing.
There's most likely more things about this video but these are the main aspects of it.
