How good our God is, I just woke up, prayed and had evil thoughts in my mind, they were so bad and consistent that i decided to watch a Christian video on RUclips and this video was first on my feed. Praise be to God for this, bless you pastor for doing the work of the Lord.
Years ago when I was maybe 19 I was thinking of Jesus crucified and I sat down in a class, and I knew God was listening. I got hit with the most fantastic experience of my life and God was telling me you’re on the right track it’s all about Jesus, the experience was so big I could not handle it. I can tell you that God is real.

I was praying last night and was plagued by negative thoughts I was praying “Lord help me filter through these thoughts so I can focus on you” Then the images of a shepherd came after and I was focused on the lord then peace for a while before I needed to go to sleep. This is difficult for me. When I have bad thoughts, angry, or bitter thoughts etc. I try to catch them and give them to the Lord. But let me tell ya, there are days where I have negative thoughts constantly, it gets difficult to catch them all. Lord and Savior, please forgive us of our bad thoughts, allow us, help us to crush those thoughts, just like you are going to crush the source of those bad thoughts, the enemy, Satan. Yeah imma do this. I have nothing but bad negative evil thoughts constantly and the worse ones are the perverted ones and it's very bad. The moment any nasty thoughts or word comes to mind randomly it effects my body and then nothing but pain. demonic pain not sexual stuff. Dang I’m literally in the same boat. Vaping for 7+ years I want to quit and I try but I ended up going back. Same with drinking and other bad habits. I try to give my faith and pray but temptation is super hard. Maybe I am weak
@marcelholguin I will be praying for you daily. I had a faithful brother in Christ tell me yesterday that he struggled with alcohol as a christian for 10 years. He said sometimes we recieve total rescue and sometimes the Lord uses these things to teach us how to totally surrender our lives to Him, but to never forget we are fully equipped with everything we need to overcome and for all who are in Christ, no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Never give up and always trust and pray and repent everything we fail. God is so king and gracious and His mercy is new every single day. We are more than conquers and yeah we are weak, but God is strong. We must not listen to any negative lies the enemy tells us but stand firm on every word God says. He says this to shall pass. I'm very encouraged and I pray you are to. Run to our Heavenly Father and find help and seek refuge in Him.🥰

I was in a really dark place last night. I still feel that way. I don't think I've been in this kind of darkness before. I'm trying to focus on God right now. I travel for work, so I never have a steady home life. I had a good church to be in fellowship with back in my hometown, but everywhere else seems to be so difficult to be a part of a church. It has made me very bitter towards these churches because I will reach out to them, and I never hear anything or any kind of care from them. The love is not there when I need it. I don't feel like I get it from God either. I spend hours a day learning about him and praying to him. Yet I'm feeling worse and worse. Please, someone godly out there, pray for me.
Hi, Thank you for sharing honestly about what you are going through. I have something I can share with you and maybe it might help you. Until just recently, I had been living in immense darkness for years. I was numb. Everything was muted, monochrome and sucked out of life. I spent years detached from my surroundings and my own physical body, mind & thoughts. I felt completely empty as though I was a shell, hollow on the inside. It came to a point where I felt completely nothing but the void. After years of surveying the internet, it was concluded that I was severely depressed, having an existential crisis & identity crisis. No matter how much I prayed, cried out to God or did devotionals - He was silent. It felt like God didn’t exist at all. Fast forward, it was only much later on that I found out I was spiritually dead. It is when you are separated from God due to sin (this makes you feel lonely, empty & hopeless). Slowly, the more I confessed and accepted the fact that I am a sinner, the more sinful I realized I actually am. The reason why I was in darkness and couldn’t feel God was because I was living in sin. But honestly, if it wasn’t for the gradual increase in Christian content in my RUclips home page, I would have never realized that I was sinning. A lot. I grew up in a dysfunctional family, my parents always fought, we were struggling financially and my mom was abusive. Because of this, whenever I sinned I would justify it/ blame it on someone (eg. I had a strong resentment towards my dad because he was almost never home & worked overseas. One day when he decided to come back to do his fatherly duties, I rejected him. I didn’t like the fact that he was suddenly acting like father when to me he was like a stranger. So I would say cruel things to him filled with spite and hatred. I always felt like I was not in the wrong because of all he had done to us. But only now, years after he have passed away that I realized that just as much as he is wrong (for not doing his fathering), I am wrong too (for being unkind & unforgiving to him). Regardless of what my dad has done, I was sinning - against him, and ultimately against God.). So if you feel as though God is remote, know that there is a purpose to it. It may be because… he wants you to learn to trust him & lean on him, or he wants to build your character, or maybe he wants to build your resilience and faith. … I want you to know that God is always beside you. It was only total isolation that I found a true friend, God. He was the only one who would listen to me and be there for me. In the past, I would seek understanding from people and be let down. But God stays, even after hearing everything. So I encourage you to not give up. It may take months or years but I want you to hold on onto the little bit of hope you have left. Everything in life is not by accident! It was only at my lowest, I learnt to rely on Him and only Him. So I hope that this encourages you to keep on going even if you don’t feel like it :) *Sorry this is so lengthy

And this can bring much misunderstandings of the truth's And it's easier for me to stay blind for Gods wrath. But please know that God's wrath means.... His passion for us. Not His anger because we ARE His creation. We ARE His children. And He knows our desire to be with Him. But about these moments i had of this abandonment feeling........ was because of guilt. Yes... we do hide our guilt feelings. We place them somewhere to look at them as they are not ours. But God wants that you lay everything on His feet. And He will whipe away your guilt. He wants to whipe away any sad and bad feeling you have. Because this sad and bad feeling you have makes a gap between you and God. And this is not Gods desire. But its the devil who gives you these feelings. Play gentle worship music. Spent time with God in silence with this gentle worship music loudness very low. And let the tears flow. Don't talk. When you are silent... God reads your heart. Imagine yourself looking at Him. Your nose almost touches His nose and at times you whisper.. ''I love you'' Don't expect anything. For God is always with you brother. And He enjoys this moment with you. You are His beloved child.

I got to know a person that I thought was great and cool. Turns out this person was lying to me about lots of things. This person got toxic with me when I asked why the lies. This person started to live rent free in my head. All I wanted was vengeance. I started to think of ways to expose those lies to someone that needed to be aware of them. I struggled with this. This person lied to me and now I’m this person’s enemy. What does God tell us to do to for our enemies? Pray for them. That’s what I do when those negative thoughts enter my mind. I bring it to my Lord and start praying for this person. The devil doesn’t like that. I pray that Jesus saves this person like He saved me! I do this everyday. Jesus is God! This is a lot to think about, and part of me wants to dismiss it because of the complexity or complications involved with potentially trying to distinguish between what thoughts are my own and what is projected into me from the enemy- and, to some extent, it leaves me wondering how differently, if at all, I should seek to respond to the identified impetus for each thought not of GOD. Furthermore, if I have a sinful nature (which I know I do) but the thoughts projected into me are not my own- and, therefore, I can rebuke them, accordingly- what IS the difference in my response to my own sin-nature thoughts, so-to-speak? Summary for people with low attentions spans Negative thoughts can be harmful, but Jesus understands and forgives. God will help cleanse and strengthen your mind. Negative thoughts are not your own, but arrows from the enemy. You can rebuke them in the name of Jesus and use the shield of faith to extinguish them.

Yeah imma do this. I have nothing but bad negative evil thoughts constantly and the worse ones are the perverted ones and it's very bad. The moment any nasty thoughts or word comes to mind randomly it effects my body and then nothing but pain. demonic pain not sexual stuff. Because I got delivered from incubus back when I got saved and it would attack me though my thoughts and it's horrible 😞 and I want these thoughts to stop because it keeps making me sick and even though I'm not physically doing nasty stuff I'm still effected. I feel grate shame when it comes and fear I literally always paranoid because I don't know what my mind will think. To me my mind is constantly out to get me :(. Imma just study the word as much as I can. But please pray for me .I just want it to stop.

Brother I can't say how much I appreciate the Lord speaking through you. Your lessons are sometimes from 5 months ago, but I look for what pops up on my recommendations and always, you're at the top. And I dont watch nothing else until I see what today's word is... even if it is one from 6 months ago, it always still relates.

@marcelholguin I will be praying for you daily. I had a faithful brother in Christ tell me yesterday that he struggled with alcohol as a christian for 10 years. He said sometimes we recieve total rescue and sometimes the Lord uses these things to teach us how to totally surrender our lives to Him, but to never forget we are fully equipped with everything we need to overcome and for all who are in Christ, no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Never give up and always trust and pray and repent everything we fail. God is so king and gracious and His mercy is new every single day. We are more than conquers and yeah we are weak, but God is strong. We must not listen to any negative lies the enemy tells us but stand firm on every word God says. He says this to shall pass. I'm very encouraged and I pray you are to. Run to our Heavenly Father and find help and seek refuge in Him.🥰

I was in a really dark place last night. I still feel that way. I don't think I've been in this kind of darkness before. I'm trying to focus on God right now. I travel for work, so I never have a steady home life. I had a good church to be in fellowship with back in my hometown, but everywhere else seems to be so difficult to be a part of a church. It has made me very bitter towards these churches because I will reach out to them, and I never hear anything or any kind of care from them. The love is not there when I need it. I don't feel like I get it from God either. I spend hours a day learning about him and praying to him. Yet I'm feeling worse and worse. Please, someone godly out there, pray for me.

Thank you for sharing honestly about what you are going through. I have something I can share with you and maybe it might help you.
Until just recently, I had been living in immense darkness for years. I was numb. Everything was muted, monochrome and sucked out of life. I spent years detached from my surroundings and my own physical body, mind & thoughts. I felt completely empty as though I was a shell, hollow on the inside. It came to a point where I felt completely nothing but the void. After years of surveying the internet, it was concluded that I was severely depressed, having an existential crisis & identity crisis. No matter how much I prayed, cried out to God or did devotionals - He was silent. It felt like God didn’t exist at all.
Fast forward, it was only much later on that I found out I was spiritually dead. It is when you are separated from God due to sin (this makes you feel lonely, empty & hopeless). Slowly, the more I confessed and accepted the fact that I am a sinner, the more sinful I realized I actually am. The reason why I was in darkness and couldn’t feel God was because I was living in sin. But honestly, if it wasn’t for the gradual increase in Christian content in my RUclips home page, I would have never realized that I was sinning. A lot.
I grew up in a dysfunctional family, my parents always fought, we were struggling financially and my mom was abusive. Because of this, whenever I sinned I would justify it/ blame it on someone (eg. I had a strong resentment towards my dad because he was almost never home & worked overseas. One day when he decided to come back to do his fatherly duties, I rejected him. I didn’t like the fact that he was suddenly acting like father when to me he was like a stranger. So I would say cruel things to him filled with spite and hatred. I always felt like I was not in the wrong because of all he had done to us. But only now, years after he have passed away that I realized that just as much as he is wrong (for not doing his fathering), I am wrong too (for being unkind & unforgiving to him). Regardless of what my dad has done, I was sinning - against him, and ultimately against God.). So if you feel as though God is remote, know that there is a purpose to it. It may be because… he wants you to learn to trust him & lean on him, or he wants to build your character, or maybe he wants to build your resilience and faith.

I want you to know that God is always beside you. It was only total isolation that I found a true friend, God. He was the only one who would listen to me and be there for me. In the past, I would seek understanding from people and be let down. But God stays, even after hearing everything.
So I encourage you to not give up. It may take months or years but I want you to hold on onto the little bit of hope you have left. Everything in life is not by accident! It was only at my lowest, I learnt to rely on Him and only Him. So I hope that this encourages you to keep on going even if you don’t feel like it :)

And this can bring much misunderstandings of the truth's
And it's easier for me to stay blind for Gods wrath. But please know that God's wrath means.... His passion for us.
Not His anger because we ARE His creation. We ARE His children. And He knows our desire to be with Him.
But about these moments i had of this abandonment feeling........ was because of guilt.
Yes... we do hide our guilt feelings. We place them somewhere to look at them as they are not ours.
But God wants that you lay everything on His feet. And He will whipe away your guilt.
He wants to whipe away any sad and bad feeling you have. Because this sad and bad feeling you have makes a gap between you and God.
And this is not Gods desire. But its the devil who gives you these feelings.
Play gentle worship music.
Spent time with God in silence with this gentle worship music loudness very low. And let the tears flow.
Don't talk. When you are silent... God reads your heart.
Imagine yourself looking at Him. Your nose almost touches His nose and at times you whisper.. ''I love you''
Don't expect anything. For God is always with you brother.
And He enjoys this moment with you.
You are His beloved child.

I got to know a person that I thought was great and cool. Turns out this person was lying to me about lots of things. This person got toxic with me when I asked why the lies. This person started to live rent free in my head. All I wanted was vengeance. I started to think of ways to expose those lies to someone that needed to be aware of them. I struggled with this. This person lied to me and now I’m this person’s enemy. What does God tell us to do to for our enemies? Pray for them. That’s what I do when those negative thoughts enter my mind. I bring it to my Lord and start praying for this person. The devil doesn’t like that. I pray that Jesus saves this person like He saved me! I do this everyday. Jesus is God! Assuming all of this is PURELY BASED in Scripture (and I am Absolutely confident IT IS), this could seemingly ADD to anyone's existing self-deprecation or foreboding Even More, as this would appear to be a TWO-FRONT war we are fighting: one against an intrusive thought from the enemy (from which we are to call on GOD To Deliver us), and another against our OWN thoughts and hearts that DESIRE sin (likewise, from which we are to call on GOD To Deliver us).
From this position we could seem to require critical acknowledgement to further seek to recognize and work towards reconciling having an intrusive thought as an arrow from the enemy versus an inherent thought of our own as part of our sinful nature.
This is a lot to think about, and part of me wants to dismiss it because of the complexity or complications involved with potentially trying to distinguish between what thoughts are my own and what is projected into me from the enemy- and, to some extent, it leaves me wondering how differently, if at all, I should seek to respond to the identified impetus for each thought not of GOD.
Furthermore, if I have a sinful nature (which I know I do) but the thoughts projected into me are not my own- and, therefore, I can rebuke them, accordingly- what IS the difference in my response to my own sin-nature thoughts, so-to-speak?

Summary for people with low attentions spans Negative thoughts can be harmful, but Jesus understands and forgives. God will help cleanse and strengthen your mind. Negative thoughts are not your own, but arrows from the enemy. You can rebuke them in the name of Jesus and use the shield of faith to extinguish them.
