Missable OWL is NOT Real | Tale of Arise

After i forgot owl ( Butterfly Wings owl ) on Mobile Fortress Gradia -- Ship Interior level 2.
Finally i found last of 32 owl , i want to share about it .

I don't know why but I have finished the game and i am trying to do every achievement and also all the secondary mission,
I miss only 1 Owl that I can see it's missing from Mahag Saar perch but this owl that you showed on this video is still not spawning :((
