Usually when channels upload beats they either say free ( for personal use or use that does not gain profit ), free for profit, or just the beat name ( to insinuate what you just explained, commercial use only ). If it’s not free at all then putting it in the title is kind of misleading, so I was asking for more clarification on what they meant before I just assumed that.
