Okay I'm Chinese and I fully approve of this meme. The art is great, there's no offensive messages, you could say the bat is questionable but the fact it doesn't portray China eating it is already a big plus for me. The video is pretty much entirely statistical and it even emphasizes with both sides in some ways.
Sprout T Thank you a lot. I also agree on the bat statement, I made this at a point where it was just widely accepted/talked about that it was caused by a bat so I must apologize for that one. Had also never expected this to blow up like it did, it was really just a filler which took off for some reason, so it wasn’t that thought through to begin with. But again thank you! @@trashykhun0821 The bat is fine. Like they said, at the time they made this animation, it was definitely widely accepted that bats were the root of the virus. It doesn't portray China eating it or anything, so there's not much of a reason to get riled up for, and they already apologized.
