The only difference between the ultra and the plus are: 1) camera: ultra has better camera, but the regular joe won't care much 2) design: the ultra has a boxy design that's sharp around the edges; I personally dislike it 3) size: ultra is bigger (slightly bigger screen, and heavier) 4) s-pen: ultra has the s-pen

Samsung s24 plus is the best galaxy s phone I've ever owned. It's fast, long batt life and has all the features I need. I used to own a galaxy ultra s22 and older galaxy phones but this one is really good. Doesn't overheat too

I've bought the Galaxy S24+ 3 weeks ago, what I can tell you from my experience till now is that it's a frickin beast. It's crazy fast, even when taking photos. Video quality is 90% of the iPhone 15 pro max, the AI fratures are a game changer and the optimisation on this phone is just perfect! I didn't have any problem with it, and btw this thing just never overheats! Coming from a galaxy S21 ultra

I’ve been using a Samsung Galaxy S22+ for the past two years, but recently, a green vertical line appeared on my screen. After looking into it, I discovered that many other users are facing the same issue, as reported on Facebook and RUclips. @notrice1608 the anti reflective is arguably the only thing that's new. The AI features are new tho. Only phones and tablets released last year will receive them. The s24+ is the biggest upgrade because it has a QHD display this year

I think Samsung nailed it this time I have been waiting for the s24+ I just upgraded from the s22 ultra I loved my ultra but the s24+ is very comfortable to hold in hand the ultras corners was digging into hand sometimes uncomfortable to hold but the s24+ is an excellent phone I'm very happy with my purchase.
Own iphone 15 Pro Max and S24. Use both phones daily, and have my number paired via digits on both phones with high speed data. I like aspects of both. There's a lot to love about both phones. I have gripes with both as well. No phone is perfect. But.... If I'm being totally honest, the iPhone experience is better. It just is fme. Apple has a way with things, and the way I see it now, Samsung is catching up to Apple. For instance, they finally gave us a color accurate screen calibration ootb. Then everyone complained.... however, that option still exist for people who want proper color space conversion/mapping. In the past, Samaung did SAMSUNG... oversaturate and over brighten. To hell with standards. So it's nice to see them being more serious on that front. The color science on the camera tho is no where near Apple quality imo. The videos I can shoot and grade on the 15 Pro Max are just better. When it comes to photo's, they both win and loss. It's also clear design aspects of the s24 are inspired by iPhones. When I first got mine and had it in my hand, you could of told me it was an iPhone and I would of believed you without looking at it. Tbch... You can't go wrong either way. You are locked down to an extent with IOS. For some, that's for the better. For others like me, it can be quite aggravating. Then again, everything seems to just work on IOS, where there have been many instances that I've had to jump thru hoops to try and get something to work on Android, sometimes never succeeding. What mainly draws me to the 15 Pro Max, is the camera, especially video quality from that camera... Along with the amazing display calibration. With that said, Samsung is definitely catching up and finally listening to professional and consumer criticism, and implementing much, much better colorimetry than they did in the past. This can even be seen on the TV side, where Samsung is making much more color accurate TV's that respect the standards, and follow things like EOTF.

The S24 Plus has an appealing design, but I ultimately chose the S24 Ultra and have no regrets about my decision.

I think Samsung nailed it this time I have been waiting for the s24+ I just upgraded from the s22 ultra I loved my ultra but the s24+ is very comfortable to hold in hand the ultras corners was digging into hand sometimes uncomfortable to hold but the s24+ is an excellent phone I'm very happy with my purchase.
You are right, Samsung went all out with the s24 plus. The plus model makes it hard for someone to buy the Ultra.

They reduce the bezels of the s24 plus but increase the thickness of the titanium frame, but no one can see it
24 plus doesn’t have Titanium frame, only the 24 Ultra has Titanium.

Own iphone 15 Pro Max and S24. Use both phones daily, and have my number paired via digits on both phones with high speed data.
I like aspects of both. There's a lot to love about both phones. I have gripes with both as well. No phone is perfect.
But.... If I'm being totally honest, the iPhone experience is better. It just is fme. Apple has a way with things, and the way I see it now, Samsung is catching up to Apple. For instance, they finally gave us a color accurate screen calibration ootb. Then everyone complained.... however, that option still exist for people who want proper color space conversion/mapping. In the past, Samaung did SAMSUNG... oversaturate and over brighten. To hell with standards. So it's nice to see them being more serious on that front.
The color science on the camera tho is no where near Apple quality imo. The videos I can shoot and grade on the 15 Pro Max are just better. When it comes to photo's, they both win and loss.
It's also clear design aspects of the s24 are inspired by iPhones. When I first got mine and had it in my hand, you could of told me it was an iPhone and I would of believed you without looking at it.
Tbch... You can't go wrong either way. You are locked down to an extent with IOS. For some, that's for the better. For others like me, it can be quite aggravating. Then again, everything seems to just work on IOS, where there have been many instances that I've had to jump thru hoops to try and get something to work on Android, sometimes never succeeding.
What mainly draws me to the 15 Pro Max, is the camera, especially video quality from that camera... Along with the amazing display calibration. With that said, Samsung is definitely catching up and finally listening to professional and consumer criticism, and implementing much, much better colorimetry than they did in the past.
This can even be seen on the TV side, where Samsung is making much more color accurate TV's that respect the standards, and follow things like EOTF.

It doesn’t matter, only if all of your friends use iPhones, so you can use their social features, if not it doesn’t matter. iPhone and Samsung are both really good
