I'm fortunate to live in an abortion state and I donated to PP to keep them open. I am terrified for the state of same sex relationships as I have several married friends. Whatever it takes to protect that then I, as an ally, will fight!

So lovely to see your mom and girlfriend interact, as you know not all same sex couples have that. My parents are fundamental Christians (think only dresses for women, no spending money on Sunday etc) and my coming out at 14 did not go at all well. From 18 to 35 I had zero contact with them. Now at 45 we do have a relationship tho it is not as open and close as I would like. I too am very scared about the possibility of our equal rights so long fought for could be taken away in a flash. Stay Strong - you are now the generation to carry on the cause. 💜
Look to elders in the LGBTQIA+ community for ways to get active. That’s what I’m doing. I wanna find ways to protect myself and my wife. They’re a wealth of knowledge and will lead you in the right direction! Sending you love and light. We’re in this together.
One thing I’ve done in my family is to make sure we are each other’s medical power of attorney so even if you are not legally married or someone wants to not let you into a hospital room, ICU, or whatever you can have your copy of your POA with you when arriving at the hospital and declare yourself so and that is a higher document and will allow you in even if they normally wouldn’t. Being a medical POA though is a truly huge responsibility. I’m offering this advice from personal experience.
Good job speaking out and taking action. You can use your platform for much good. Speaking for both the abortion rights issue and preventing attacks on LGBT rights is excellent. I feel the threat to my own same sex partnered rights. I hate to see if happening even more for young people like you. Sending strength and love and encouraging you to keep using your voice and fighting for your rights.

I appreciate you addressing this very important issue.
What happened is terrifying. It is happening here in Europe as well, it started in Poland not long ago, and this medieval thinking is gaining traction with the extreme right wing. The Spanish far-right congratulated the USA for this insane decision yesterday.
The thing is that for the economic growth, wealth, and POWER of the 0.1% they need lots of POOR people to exploit. And guess who will not be able to get an abortion? Poor people. But the elites will always have access. Thus continuing more generational poverty, more overpopulation, more incarcerated (thus $), more wars (more $$), and above all CHEAP labor and soldiers.
We need to wake up and realize as women that the reason why we are programmed by society to reproduce and seen as evil/failures/outcasts if we don't is because it is what keeps us busy and quiet and subservient. To the patriarchy we are nothing but vessels to produce the next generation of cheap labor, prisoners, and soldiers.
The idea is to have women "in their place" at home taking care of children because they are starting to get too far in society, and they should not be in power unless they are puppets of the patriarchy.
We need to resist. Particularly those of us who have the socio-economic means to do so. This is so much bigger than "just" abortion (which is huge). Your generation (Z) is going to make the difference, when I see you guys speak my heart feels hope. I hope my generation (Y) manages to support you in the way that boomers sadly never did support us (we have had to do a lot of self-de-programming). We need to make a Z-Y alliance and fight for our futures.

Please try to make a petition for the rights of Women's Health, including abortion. Abortion helps the population control. And allow same-sex marriages and relationships that are going through this. I know the fear. Chloe gets everyone on board to start a petition for the rights. Please, this could help to make sure that could provide a better future for this country. The Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade which gave women the right to kill their babies in the womb. Everyone has a different feeling about it. Then Clarence Thomas wants to reconsider same-sex marriage and relationships next it appears. I'm good with one overturn, but not the other

This is not true. The Supreme Court was givin a case they didn’t start this case. They only interpret the law, they do not right the laws. This was never in the constitution to begin with. It was altered in 1992 and pro life people were since then trying to get it back. It doesn’t mean abortion is illegal. They just sent it back to the states like it was originally. We have 50 states for a reason, there should not be the same blanket law for all states. Different cultures and religions in every state that believe differently. So this is a positive thing. People can have a voice and vote for there legislators to make laws to fit what their people want. I don’t understand why everyone is in an uproar. Don’t be upset. Everything is fine. Just make sure you vote in your state for things you are passionate about. And one last note. Everyone is mad at the Supreme Court. They are only doing there job that follows the law. They should be mad at the people that brought the case to the court. Just sayin. Anyway. Have a great day. 🙂

As we've seen time after time, civil rights don't work well on a state-by-state basis. It's ridiculous that a woman's bodily autonomy is contingent on her location. It's as ridiculous as some people being able to be married in one state, but not another.

Their lives.
Women's lives.
You don't get to pick and choose which scenarios should be accepted.
It's not about which stories you don't agree with. It's about fighting for the women in the stories that you do agree with and the CHOICE that was made.
