bookishsami everything everything has several pages that contains pictures, 1 single sentence and even 1 word only so is a really fast book! Really good book as well 🙃
I love your dedication to your channel Hailey, Chapters are lucky to have you, especially because when you talk about books it makes me want to buy them ❤️
I used to read so many books!! There was a point where I literally had nothing to do besides read so I flew through them. Now it seems like I'm in a reading slump because I'm not read a ton anymore but it's not a slump it's the fact I don't have the time like I used to. Which is sad, but I still make time for reading and I ALWAYS bring a book with me no matter where I go. Even if I know I won't pick it up I like having it with me so if I need to, I can.
I tend to stay away from 3rd person because I generally just have a strong dislike for it but oh my gosh THE MAZE frickin RUNNER UGGGGHH worst third person pov book I'll probably ever read😩
For me, It's Kinf of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini was such a quick read for me, finished it in 2 days (not whole days, I did do other stuff that day as well) and pretty much put a stop to my reading slum. Love it! (Wanted to reread it the day after, but I lend it to a friend :/)
I totally agree with the selection. I read the first three books in like one week and you might not think that’s very fast, but before these books the last time I read a book not for school was more than a year ago.
The quickest read for me was Prodigy by Marie Lu, it was so good and I read it in 2 hours, also every Rick Riordan book, it takes like a week for me to finish the whole series/trilogy. Ok and also a book called “Please stop bullying me” or something and it is like a autography but interesting, and I read it in like 2 days when I was in Italy, like, not even the pool and the mountains distracted me from the book (but I warn you, it doesn’t matter that it’s really good but it’s really rough and sad too)
I think some of the books I've read the quickest are the Percy Jackson series! I flew through that series, and read all five books in nine days because I couldn't put them down!
it is so nice to find a book channel where the person doing them has such a fun, lighthearted approach to reviewing books. after all reading is all about fun and enjoyment and you portray that so well in every one of your videos :) I watch them every day and my ever growing TBR pile has new books added to it daily lol so thank you Hailey!
i can't stop watching your videos... i really love your voice or the way you talk but for some reason i can't stop watching your videos and i am really happy to find you channel its really helpful i enjoy more reading when i watch your videos... wish i discover your account before...
the books i finished the fastest are; Perks of Being A Wallflower (read it in two hours or less) and Heroes of Olympus: House of Hades (it took me about three and a half hours). I also read all the Maze Runner books in like three days where I also had to sit through school and sleep and do homework
I literally went to the book store and bought all of the books you recommend from quick reads to bookshelf tour. I love how you explain the books. Keep it up your my second RUclips girl 😘👌🏾
You know I took the book thief with me for like a month but then it was worth it and I actually savoured the book in the month since it game the feels of the flying time really!
Reading slow is a plus rather than a drawback. If one is reading while taking time it means one is comprehending well.iam a slow reader too and I like it that way.
I once read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire in a night. It was so good, it's got nothing to do with my reading speed. It was a really a book for me that I could fly by. One other book I remember reading in like 4 hours is Shatter Me. It was addicting. Although, I really didn't like how the series ended.
The quickest book I've ever read was the first Hunger games book. I read the second one quite quickly too but the third took me a while XD I also think that TFIOS is quite a quick read❤️ I love those two books so much
Totally read almost all of your quick read suggestions.. So far, aside from Lady Jane, they have all been very quick and the were all very pleasant to read!

The Shadow Falls series by CC Hunter 6. The Accidental Life of Jessie Jefferson by Paige Toon 7. To All the Boys I've Loved Before trilogy by Jenny Han (haven't read the third book yet) 8. Hey Hailey! I saw this video last night and listed down the books you mentioned and luckily I already had a few of the mentioned books and I started and finished Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon, too! Thanks for the awesome video!
13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson is a pretty quick read, but if you're looking to get out of a reading slump, it is the PERFECT book to read. It's sort of a page-turner, but it's definitely a breezy read. I didn't read it in a single sitting, but you totally could, and it's very light but very enjoyable.
My quickreads are Where things Come Back by John Corey Whaley and Insurgent by Veronica Roth. They both had me on the edge of my seat especially Insurgent. WTCB is such a good and easy read for a comtemporary style book. Definitely reccomend
What a great video! Some great quick reads I would recommend are: The First Phone Call from Heaven by Mitch Albom, The Girls by Emma Cline, and Still Alice by Lisa Genova
Tfios was the book that got me into reading too :D. I heard about a book that everyone hyped about, ordered it online and read it over the summer holidays. That was little over two years ago. Before that I didn't understand why people read books. Of course I had read books as a child but not so often. (Also in primary school we had this huge reading project which I didn't participate in because we didn't get to choose what we read.. and we had to read something like 10 books and write a little bit about every single one) but after that positive tfios experience I started middle school and one of the first things we had to do was to read one of the two books that the teacher gave us. I was little sceptical but it too was really good and I noticed that I like reading very much. Soon I ordered a 5 book collection of John Green books :D haha sorry this was such a long story. Also a recent fast read was percy jackson and the lightning thief.
I got two Everything Everything books last Christmas. I'm so drawn to books for some reason and after opening all my presents, that was the only thing that really got my attention. I started right after my grandparents left. I had a little bit of time to go to my other grandparents house so I decided to read it then. I ended up brining it with me because I loved it so much. I don't really have very good communication skills, especially with my cousins so I read Everything Everything the whole time. I finished that book so fast. Defiantly one of the fastest reads for me too. And the really bad thing was I finished it on Christmas. Don't worry though. We left there and went to see everyone on the other side of my family and my socializing skills were much better. 😅😅 I ended up returning both the books and got two other ones from Bam ans Amazon. Honestly, I should just go to the library but I just love the feeling of "this book is new and mine." Anyone else have that feeling too??
I've heard nothing but good things about Illuminae!! OMG yes I reread TFIOS all the time even though that ending kills me! FANGIRL IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BOOKS OF ALL TIME💗 loved your video!
Dangerous girls by Abigail Haas and We were liars by E. Lockhart are such quick reads, they are so fast paced and fantastic. You HAVE to know what happens.
I can read a book on 1 day or read it on a month there's nothing in between for me

salmal7303 🙃
bookishsami everything everything has several pages that contains pictures, 1 single sentence and even 1 word only so is a really fast book! Really good book as well 🙃
If it is a good book then you will read fast
If you're really into it then it's possible to read it in a short amount of time. My favorite book is 500 pages long and I once read it in 2 hours.

I dont know why but when books are written in third person it bothers me so much
Omg sameee thought i was the only oneee
I have the same problem too, but I force myself to "switch" the third person to first, so I don't have much of a problem now.
Haha I'm the opposite, first person annoys me :p
yess
I tend to stay away from 3rd person because I generally just have a strong dislike for it but oh my gosh THE MAZE frickin RUNNER UGGGGHH worst third person pov book I'll probably ever read😩
isn't everything everything by Nicola Yoon?

Hey, Everything Everything was the fastest book for me too. I loved, so easy to read.
"The perks of being a wallflower" was quite a quick read for me and I wish I read it a bit longer to savor it, but I just couldn't put it down ❤
For me, It's Kinf of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini was such a quick read for me, finished it in 2 days (not whole days, I did do other stuff that day as well) and pretty much put a stop to my reading slum. Love it! (Wanted to reread it the day after, but I lend it to a friend :/)

Same, love Percy Jackson it was a nice break from bricks of books
I love how she talks about books with so much love and passion. It made me want to read more and to like books more. It really is inspirational :)

I agree about Mara Dyer and Anna and the French Kiss being quick reads! I read each book in both trilogies in 1-2 days each. :D
I'm so slow that sometime books take me even MONTHS
You know I took the book thief with me for like a month but then it was worth it and I actually savoured the book in the month since it game the feels of the flying time really!
Reading slow is a plus rather than a drawback. If one is reading while taking time it means one is comprehending well.iam a slow reader too and I like it that way.
Same for me it’s either 1 day, 3 days, or 1 month and there is nothing in between
Same like me, big part of reading is to stay busy in something good like a book. I'm still a student in English language.
I read the book "All the bright places" in one sitting. One of my favorite books ever 🙈

Tfios was the book that got me into reading too :D. I heard about a book that everyone hyped about, ordered it online and read it over the summer holidays. That was little over two years ago.
