Oh good lord, my heart was in my mouth when you were near the edges of those drops. Mind you, your going to be sleeping not far from them too. Yikes! Amazing scenery and filmed brilliantly. I do this exact stuff in the rockies. But I do miss the scenery from back east. This channel allows me to relive it and also makes me miss what I left back east. Next time Im home Ill be camping that same spot! 👌
I could not resist to comment just after few minutes. 1. Boomer is behaving like mountaineer guide, he knows all the routes. Boomer becomes a small mountain goat 2. How difficult to shoot with 100pound weight while steep trekking on cold conditions, no words to express except kudos to both of you. 3. The wonderful rainbow , what a shot, 4. Finding best spot for camping out of 2 peaks. Yet to watch actual tent setup bit, thank you for sharing your experience and great skills, RAO

In my youth - a long, long way back - I backpacked a fair bit. Never, ever, carried 100 lbs., even on week long trip. A tip of the toque to you and the Wonder-Pup. This is one amazing video.

I simply enjoy the terracotta colour of the rocks, the autumn colours of the trees and how the tent and your outfit blends in. Amazing shot from the drone! Almost all my gear and outfit are in natural colours too. Except the stuff where bright colours are useful or necessary. I agree with the epic over comfort too. Most of the times I will choose epic!

The pop up, SS wire coffee filter holders are much less fiddly and tedious that those tiny paper pockets. Especially with cold hands. You managed to pack a drone as well! Nice going!
