Alternative Drawing Programs:
Fusion360 - Free for personal use, paid for commercial use. It has a similar sketch tool and 2D sketches can be downloaded similar to OnShape, but must be downloaded onto computer.
LibreCAD - 2D CAD software that is free without limitations. It's pretty easy to use, but modifying sizes is a little more cumbersome.
QCAD - 2D CAD software that is free without limitations. Similar to LibreCAD.
Inkscape - 2D drawing software that's well suited to artistic applications like signage.
There are too many CAD options to list, but these are some that I've used and will get you started.
