Silver Swords at Home Depot | Costa Farms at Armstrong?

  • This was a fun mini plant crawl with some good ole big box shopping! Home Depot had some cuties and surprises and so did Armstrong just down the street! Costa Farms?! I felt like I was seeing an old acquaintance in an out of place setting! The plants were beautiful and healthy looking so that’s a positive. Leave it to me to be tempted to take a spider plant home.

Love the energy you bring to these videos. I recently started working at Lowes and have started collecting house plants. I've been very intrigued with Begonia. I currently have 6 different Begonia. And counting lol. I understand most people thing they are difficult plants but they really aren't. My oldest is flowering already. I do have a mini indoor green house. I noticed you don't really talk to much about them. If you could shine some light on them. I relatively knowledgeable about them and am going to begin hybridizing them would love to share my knowledge of them cause I love plants and been playing with them since I was in middle school. Again love the energy and keep them coming please. Take care and sorry so long

It makes me super happy that Hoya are becoming so popular and common. I love them. Although I live in a houseplant desert. The local big box stores have abysmal selections most of the time, which is why your videos are so refreshing!

Enjoyed both of these plant shopping/ tours so much! So many beautiful plants to admire. I have the Ficus Tineke and the Ficus Ruby. Both have been a joy to grow. For me the Tineke is quietly elegant and the Ruby is exotic looking in that “bet you can’t take you eyes off of me,” kind of way. 😊. Love them both! Many thanks for this fun video! 👏🥰🪴

Unfortunately in my area the selection at Home Depot is extremely underwhelming. If you do happen to find something you’re interested in it has been overwatered. My jaw dropped when you said $19.99 for the tiny Pellionia Repens….no thanks lol. So did you go back and pick up Silver Sword? They look pretty darn healthy. 💛💚🧡
