I like this list. Though personally for me, Solitude isn't complete without Legacy of the Dragonborn, and Palaces and Castles Enhanced really upping the Blue Palace into a fairy tale fancy castle. But I suppose JK's is also a nice lift.

There's a wonderful mod that adds the secret Tomb of Pelagius as a very interesting vampire-themed player home. However it is totally incompatible with Enhanced Solitude and no patch was ever made. So I'm currently considering keeping the city with its vanilla layout for my next playthrough , both for the Tomb and for getting the really good overhauls for the Blue Palace.
I'm downloading Nolvus, right now. Nolvus Ascension! First time using it; I don't know how much I can change or tweak the modlist without screwing compatibility or stability, etc but I could try! Amazing mods!
I'm surprised you didn't consider RedBag's Solitude - have you seen RedBag's mods yet? Love what they did to Falkreath and Morthal. Might not be compatible with Enhanced Solitude yet, I'll check.
I wish I could find a modlist with Enhanced Solitude and enhanced docks , because I tried to install this on Lost Legacy and I ...cried. couldn't get the new district behind the bard's college to not disappear and reappear when I got close. even with all the patch I could find 😢

ok somehow my solitude just broke. I'm pretty sure it's because dawn of skyrim and enhanced solitude are not working together but I'm not terribly sure. I downloaded the patches, which have been turned into a single file called "all files" so that's neat. problem is, either the patches don't work or I don't need dawn of skyrim. Ah to explain what my solitude looks like currently, it's like 80% of the meshes of certain buildings are just gone. floors too. I saw a lot of NPC's just under solitude lmao. Edit: I fixed that problem but now the textures are flickering between the mod and vanilla versions. Maybe it's the load order? i didn't see any of the overwrite signs though
I had massive crashing when using enhanced solitude. But i got alternatives to it anyway that do roughly the same and are more stable, 1 is the Great city of Solitude, the other is Decorativ Solitude. Besides those i might give the other mentions a try, alongs side some HS and JK stuff.

Good news!!!!! There IS a patch for Blubbo's Solitude and Enhanced Solitude! . . . . and it is right on the file page for Enhanced Solitude! Go way down to the Miscellaneous Files at the bottom of the page. The file is called "Enhanced Solitude Blubbos Trees patch". I can see how you overlooked it, because Blubbo's file is called "Blubbo's Solitude". But I can ensure you that it does indeed work, because I just installed it, and it corrected EVERY instance of trees growing in the wrong places.

If the incompatibility your dealing with is simply just a couple of trees clipping I have a pseudo solution. If it’s a long save this is easy enough to solve by opening up the console, clicking on the asset you want to remove, type disable and press enter. POW the clipping tree is removed for the rest of your playthrough. Just remember to quick save before you disable the asset, as you won’t be able to re-enable it on the current save and sometimes I click on the wrong thing by accident. More informative console helps with this though.

Enhanced solitude. Even with the fixes has really bad navmesh issues that aren't corrected with the fixes. People will stand outside of buildings and get stuck on the pathways to the main hold gate. It adds alot of really awesome things but needs a rediculous amount of patches and some of them arent properly maintained as of now. I used it and eventually replaced it with the great city of solitude and solitude skyway and blue palace Terrance aswell as some others because it's a better made mod overall Especially if you use Rob's bug fixes and the solitude patch compendium that has patches for everything from jks blue palace to the others mentioned above.
i had to download 11 patch mods just to make this work. even then i have sudden crashes, 2 floating lamp posts by the main dock stairs, and 2 floating lanterns when you cross the bridge towards the light house
@NarivaTV Downloaded ES and ES docks but have run into an issue not in compatibility but just some gates at the start of the city can only be opened from the inside and I am wondering if there is a patch that removes them. These are the kinds of gates that have a interactable object to open them not like normal doors in the game. I could just run console commands but I would have to travel to them each time I have a new playthrough and for me that would ruin the emersion. Any suggestions on what to do?
In my browsing as I set up a new playthrough, I've noticed that ES and ESD both have patches for LOTD in their optional/miscellaneous files. I am hoping they will work as I plan to play with LOTD for the first time.
Does "Enhanced Solitude Fixes Tweaks and Enhancements" still work with the latest version of "Enhanced Solitude "? There's a post by the author of the latter mod in the posts section of the former mod which indicates him wanting to include the former mod into the latter mod, but it still remains a mystery whether it was really done or not since there's no mentioning of that in the change log of the latter mod
I think they would be called Meat-Tubes instead of Hotdogs as these are Nords, not Americans. Maybe Meat-Tube-in-a-Roll. An original way to call it that isn't immersion breaking. You could have a joke being made by an Altmer calling it a Hotdog, perhaps one of the sisters.
Good question. As many as my pc can... Honestly, in cities, it's about 20fps (with an RTX 2080) but in the wilderness, it's a smooth 60 I go super crazy with all cities in my videos to cover as many mods as possible, I don't recommend it if you want a smooth gameplay experience, just get a few of the mods shown
Yeah please don't recommend Enhanced Solitude, the mod is shipping fresh and broken leaving an infinite load screen when you enter the solitude world map, and breaks with ELFX. Not something you should have in your load order
I am sorry, don't like the textures you choose, there are much better ones today, that one just looks like a cartoon with low resolution. Try MR'fs solitude, so much better

When you said "patches in our hands" at 1:15 you should have had a tiny Patches Zahoolahan appear in your hand instead

You could have added legacy of the Dragonborn to the list
There's a fix on the Nexus for the flags that stop moving when loading a save, it's called animated static reload fix.

I think I prefer Solitude - PeV as my Solitude texture. I love the contrast of colors between the bricks and the stone.
