An era when DJs were DJs. Mixing RECORDS by ear, knowing their RECORDS, knowing what RECORDS to mix ,fade in and out etc. I bet lots of modern DJs who've only used digital would struggle with vinyl.
They would struggle at doing anything old school even if they used the tables that are digital today as vinyl. They still wouldn't be able to mix like vinyl. They're too used to it being really easy. I started doing vinyl mixing two years ago. It's the first time I've ever dj'd and I've already had several gigs and you know, I'm learning on belt drives and I got it down pretty good. And you can guarantee I got nothing but the good stuff in my collection, including left field, Afro left. You know, I may not be as old as some of the OG DJs out there, but I am. And my 30s and I was a 90s kid and I grew up with tons of good music. Music is life for me, so when I see the younger generations and how music is today, it really is a sad state of affairs. There's no creativity. It's all publicity.
All I can say is if you know anything bout propa house music this is up there with the best tracks of old early house music. Propa house music. AV IT!!!!!

I hate when i want to listen something on youtube and I always find mixes from what I want to hear and all of those mixes mess the genious art piece up!
Why did you have to play around with the bpm whilst recording this? Cheeky, I know but I wanted to rip the mp3 from this and use it to mix with. Any chance you could upload it again with a stable bpm?
