Irradiate Israel! Egypt's Secret Nazi Missiles Plan

  • Published on Apr 18, 2026
  • In the early 1960s, Israeli intelligence became aware of a dastardly plan by Egyptian dictator Colonel Nasser to bombard Israel with ballistic missiles designed by former Nazi V-2 rocket scientists living in Egypt. Some of the missiles would be armed with radioactive waste! Mossad launched Operation 'Damocles', a desperate campaign to stop the Egyptian plan from actually being enacted, a plan that included murdering Nasser's hired Nazis!

    I was in Damascus in mid 90s and I read in a guide book that Brunner was rumored to be hold up in a hotel there. So I was walking down a street and saw the hotel mentioned and stopped to take a picture of the exterior but before I could several Syrian security agents ran out and blocked me yelling "NO PHOTO NO PHOTO" and told me to keep walking by pointing down the street. I didn't argue with them!

      And who would you like to blame for that? The British? The Soviets? (They had good experience from how they treated the Ukrainians during the 1930s...)
      Wouldn't have anything to do with bad harvests, the fact that there was a war going on (which saw masses of refugees flooding in), etc, etc. A similar situation occurred in WW1, with 2 million deaths. Many of the same problems prevailed.
      War is an abysmal horror. Terrible things happen. Terrible things must be done. Genocide isn't one of them. Planning to starve people is the kind of thing that Nazis and Soviets did; not the British. So, frankly, I don't get your point. Why not mention the Turkish genocide of Armenians during WW1, if you want to look at monstrous mass deaths?

    • @MJ_XOXOX
      @MJ_XOXOX 26 days ago

      How brainwashed are you buddy? The British committed all sorts of horrors against the Africans and Indians. Starving is relatively lower down the list of crimes they committed. The bengal famine is the biggest example. @v1e1r1g1e1

    The Egyptian missile system actually ended because the Soviets DEMANDED the Egyptian missiles and fighter jet program ended if they wanted the Aswan high dam funded. While it's true the German scientists where threatened by the Juice. The Egyptian could have slowly carried on with the program. The Hilwan 300 fighter Jet was almost completed but they couldn't continue because the Soviets again demanded that they will get the inferior Mig-21. The Egyptians were given the worst variant of the Mig-21. The mistake of stopping the Egyptian missile program and Fighter jet program was the worst they ever made. Perhaps only second to taking orders from Sadat who caused the defeat of 1973 after taking orders from Juice Kissinger.

      Though not yet a sovereign state, zionists did mail letter bombs to president Truman to help him “see the light” and support the creation of Israel. The more respectable and wealthier elements promised to fund his opponent in the 1948 election. Truman got with the program, the letter bombs stopped and the cash spigots went full open and he beat his opponent in an upset win.

    The reality was that 99% of Nazi war criminals got away with their crimes completely. Most stayed in Germany. Far more were protected by the allies than the Germans as the cold war had started. Werner von Braun should have been executed at the end of the war (along with Speer) but he was intelligent and sold his knowledge and services to the west to survive.

      @saulsolomon4396 I think von Braun was responsible for their deaths but not to as great an extent as Hans Kammler. We'll never know what he thought of the deaths of the slaves. Unlike Speer, von Braun wasn't involved in the designing of gas chambers.

    Interestingly, Nasser's rocket/missile program was well-known in the 1960's. Bob Booker & Earle Doud, two US comic producers, even used it in their popular comedy album, "The First Family," a humorous look at the presidency of John F. Kennedy (who loved the album by the way). One of the routines was a summit luncheon to which both Nasser and Ben-Gurion were guests. At one point, Ben-Gurion laments to Nasser, "Look, we don't get along. You never listen to me. Now, you're fooling around with rockets! But would you please, just this once listen to me? Pastrami don't go on white bread with lettuce and mayonnaise. Have it on rye bread, you'll enjoy it."

      @trolleyproblem7195 The United States Tomahawk did not miss it's target. The over-seeing intelligence committee in the Pentagon that checks targets, was abandoned by the 'administration' and as such they may have cross checked the building use and found that the records were out of date and stopped the target selection. It's a sad sad situation and the US War Department needs to take ownership of the mistake, apologise and pay reparations to the families. The ICC is investigating the event and most cases take 20 years to bring to court, by which time the key players will have died of old age.

    • @KevinBalch-dt8ot
      @KevinBalch-dt8ot Month ago

      @KT-nu2zt- That is completely ridiculous. The Israelis had complete air dominance from the morning of the first day. That’s what happens when you strike first with a sneak attack. They had largely conquered the Sinai by the time the Liberty was attacked. There was no need for US intervention to defeat Egypt. An American intervention would have given the US say in the fate of the Sinai. Only 11 years earlier, the US forced Israel to give it back following the 1956 Suez Crisis. Furthermore, the US had its hands full with Vietnam and commanders there were asking for hundreds of thousands more troops.. A more plausible explanation is that Israel knew or feared that Liberty intercepted SIGINT regarding Israel’s deployment of nuclear weapons in the Sinai to repel a successful Egyptian counterattack or as a means to deter Soviet entry into the war on the side of Egypt. The US helped cover it up partly because of jewish influence on the US government but also to prevent a nuclear arms race in the middle east if the Arabs learned of Israel’s nukes. Also, the material for the bombs might have been made from enriched uranium that was missing from a US defense plant (the Dimona plant was designed to produce plutonium and did not need enriched uranium). The uranium was probably a Plan B in case Dimona ran into problems or delays. Plus, a uranium bomb does not need to be tested. Public knowledge of such a theft would be highly embarrassing to the US government. Note that Liberty did not have any Hebrew linguists aboard which is odd given that Liberty was supposed to be monitoring military developments. I think the Israeli SIGINT was sensitive that it was only recorded so it could be analyzed under secure conditions back at the NSA. The equipment and recordings were destroyed per operating procedures during the attack so it wasn’t even necessary to actually sink the ship.
      The Operation Cyanide theory is likely Israeli disinformation which is interesting since the author of that book was the Times journalist that publicized Mordecai Vanunu’s leaked information about Dimona in the 1980s. Did Israel make the author an offer he couldn’t refuse?
