I was wondering if there is any website, like a ministery health or something like that, that you have to fill out before arriving into CDMX or can a person just buy a round trip ticket and hotel and show up and get visa on arrival end have no problem entering ???

Hi Jesse, yes, in general you don't need to apply for your visa ahead of time for Mexico. Although, of course, it depends on the passport you hold and your intention for being there. But many nationalities can arrive in Mexico for tourist purposes and get their visa on arrival. embamex.sre.gob.mx/finlandia/index.php/traveling/visas
