According to Music icon 2face Idibia Uncle Suru is a "beautiful song that everyone will feel connected to." It is an ode to Suru, a friend who died in a Boko Haram car bomb blast in Kaduna in 2014. The song is about not giving up on your dreams no matter the circumstances that befall us.
My style is a fusion of Afro elements into Folk, Pop and RnB. Known for his emotional interpretation of songs through his voice and song writing capabilities. Uncle Suru promises to be an evergreen song following us through the ages.
