very similar to wing chun but more loose and flexible. wing chun moves were derived from snake and crane arts of shaolin. Ng Mui, the creator of Wing Chun kuen was also the creator of Shaolin White Crane Kung Fu. Hence, these moves are similar. Hung Ga being the combination of Tiger-Crane.
+ultimatekungfu That's amazing. how much does he charge for training? I live in Sacramento, I'd love to come and train with him. does he take new people?
I'll get you his number, he's in Hong Kong about half the year and in Alemeda, CA the other half and then he is all over the world on seminars sporadically. Its been a couple years but I think he was charging me 80 an hour, and then we were doing classes at night a couple nights a week too. I'll find it and PM you.
408 732 3055. is the number for Wing Lam Enterprise and they have em. I couldn't find those wristbands on the site but i'm pretty sure he's got em. They are in my paper catalog.
Tiger-Crane is really one of the impressive kung fu to practice.
how awesome would it be for chu to show up at your garage and start giving lessons?
