Get rid of the bread/eggs/meat. Eggs/meat lead to higher blood sugar levels. Bread has gluten. Rice has arsenic. Better choices(all of this is cheap and no cooking required): carbs - oats, fruits, vegetables. (cheap no salt added canned vegetables no cooking required. Dried fruit like raisins/apricots are cheap and last ages), canned pumpkin, bananas are dirt cheap fat - ground flaxseed, nuts, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, avocados/guacamole, sesame seeds protein - canned fatty fish a couple times a week (sardines/mackerel/salmon), plenty from nuts and seeds, beans If you want to go further and lose weight with next to zero effort: Put a desk/laptop at the head of a portable treadmill and walk while you play runescape or watch shows etc
Just throwing this out there also cause I know some people don't like to do dishes etc. I get compostable, disposable bowls (13 cents ea), compostable spoons in bulk from amazon (4 cents ea). (Biodegradable stuff etc to avoid plastic) -compared to the cost of soap, water, sponges, and dishwater it's not much and I never have to do dishes.
As a New Zealander, you probs ran over a Pukeko. Native bird also. Kiwi's are very rare and nocturnal, they struggle in most area's due to vermin eating the eggs.

I gotta say that I love fresh start worlds because all the boss unique and slayer unique item's prices are massively inflated so if you wanna boss, fresh start is the place to do it. Also, 250k for a dragonstone back then? the insane swap rates? If you were in it, you were making money. Even now my clan makes tons of cash just cuz we get free farm on wilderness bosses. It's basically a private server at this point. I think theres some things to hate forsure but I've loved fresh start and am still in it. I really hope they do it again.

Almost no chance it was a kiwi, I have lived in New Zealand my entire life, most of which on farm land very close to bush, and I have never seen a kiwi in the wild. I would guess you hit a pukeko, although they don't look very similar they are around the same size and quite common
I've just googled the Pukeko bird, I wish I could say it was that bird but it wasn't. There was 2 grown ones and a few young who were in-between the adults. Idk if there is a variant of bird that looks exactly like a Kiwi bird (long legs, circle'ish body, no wings and a long thin beak) in Newzealand? But I can assure you from the pictures and videos I've seen online the Kiwi bird is an identical match if my memory hasn't failed me. What may also be helpful is the birds crossed the road to go into the Forest.
@Raikesy try 'weka'. I don't mean to burst holes in your story, but it is very common for foreigners that visit New Zealand to tell tales of seeing kiwis when it's extremely unlikely. Almost all New Zealanders will live their lives and never see one in the wild, so when half the visitors claim to see them, it's hard to believe
