This is my first time of hearing about this meal, we usually eat the fio-fio as snack in my place 😀😀😀. I think that's what yoruba people call ofio. Good job sis. I would love to taste it one day😘
Thank you, dear. When we eventually become neighbors, I will make sure you have a taste of it😃 Good to know that you guys eat it as snacks 😋 and have a different name for it too. That is the unity in diversity we are talking about🥰
Ada when I was much younger, I hated this food just because of the way my Mum forced us to eat it. I hated beans talkless of fio fio. 😂 But when I became much older, I tasted it again and it was great. One thing is that the yam must be very sweet with lots of palm oil. This your own looks so appetizing! 😋😋😋 Ngwongwo turu ya well well. "O ghego pia pia." 😁😁😁 Nghetó!

Girl to Mum ofio is tigernuts, that one that Hausa Mallams sell. Fio-Fio (pigeon pea) looks like soya beans but has a darker brown colour.
Aunty Flo always to our rescue😊
Thanks for telling us the difference.
@@FloChinyere Really! I just assumed its ofio. You are really vast on our African items, that's highly commendable ma. Thank you for the information.
