I think it is the mod creator that did this do get trains in north yankton
in fact not, the north yankton is there all the time, if you go no-clip mode from prologue it is on the exact same place. It is just hidden with all its features so you can't access them. All the mods do is just unhiding the files.
You can't get to north yankton apart from prologue and the bury the hatchet so yes it is a mod

You gotta load North Yankton and find a train, then wait on it, I think. If you teleport to main map, it will probably unload North Yankton and flying train
He's using the North Yankton DLC 3.2 mod it comes with that train path
