How is she a cyborg? Cyborg means "Cybernetic Organism," which is something that is a mix or fusion of biological and technological materials. If she's fully technological she's cybernetic but not a cyborg. You could call her an android (humanoid robot), but gynoid would be more correct.
her skin is grown on top of her cybernetic skeleton, real human skin, which makes her a cyborg.
