It’s incredible how she’s portrayed in the anime. Really reflects her history. Going out to battle despite grave wounds, fighting on repeatedly despite almost dying many times. Dying and coming back stronger and defeating Akagi and Kaga ruthlessly. Then in the game, where Yorktown dies after Midway, and she gives Grim (the Grim Reapers) to Enterprise. While the Sakura Empire fears her, and knows what The Grey Ghost is capable of. It hit so hard when she reunites with Yorktown and Hornet again. The game and anime’s lore/story reflected the legendary ship well. Doing a great job at incorporating the history, into the game’s story.

I am surprise by the English voices at first and after a few rewatch the voices for Enterprise and Essex are warming up to me. It was a bit awkward at first but I can see this as a good first step to introduce more English voices in the future. Yostar have already introduce English voices with Arknights with great success and I can definitely see Azure Lane following suit.
