I love how Wanda as The Scarlet Witch got MCU'ed (translated into live-action from comics). Her costume is gorgeous, and her tiara looks more believeable, as opposed to her classic comic costume. It IS interesting how they paid homage to her comic costume.
I wish she was still roma though.

I personally feels this costume is way better than the Dr Strange one, it was very good design, but somehow marvel only use it for 10 minutes of the entire show.

Am I right that the MoM version doesn't include the LED feature on the arms like the WandaVision one does? I don't remember the LED feature originally being listed on either version until more recently. I saw an update about it and then noticed it was only on the WandaVision one. It sucks because I pre-ordered the Deluxe Version of the MoM figurine last year because it seemed like the best option overall but I want it to have the damn LED function! Why would they add it to one but not the other?

@kenmasters4934 Can you confirm whether the LED feature was always part of the WandaVision figurine or was it added more recently? I am almost positive I received an email notification from Hot Toys in the past several months that said they recently updated the WandaVision figure to add the LED feature. I was disappointed and a little perturbed because it took me FOREVER to decide which one to pre-order (well over a year ago) and I ultimately chose the Deluxe Edition of the MoM one because it seemed like the superior option overall. I'm so mad and confused as to why Hot Toys would add such a cool feature to one version (WandaVision) of the character but not the other (Multiverse of Madness).

I love this figure and can’t wait for her to arrive! The shoulders honestly don’t bother me that much, maybe because I mostly collect 6 inch action figures and am used to visible seamlines and ball joints. That being said, I will display her with the cape because it really adds something to her design. And I might get the MoM version as well. While the Multiverse of Madness Wanda does look visually better, with a nicer costume and doesn’t have the visible seamlines, the WandaVision version is to me the better representation of the tragic character that Wanda is. You can just see the pain in her face. Having both would make for a beautiful contrast between her personalities.

The Hot Toys Wandavision Scarlet Witch has finally come out after so many delays. It was definitely worth the wait, aside from a few issues. Not to take anything away from the prior Scarlet Witch figures when it comes to Elizabeth Olsen's likeness. All of them look great in my opinion. However, the Wandavision version is the best. The portrait is very pretty. I love the luminous reflective effect. The headdress looks good. The hair has been sculpted really well. I love the outfit and the cape, which I think looks better than Vision's cape. The material is of a higher quality and it drapes more naturally. Articulation is pretty good, aside from the head, which doesn't move much because of the sculpted hair. The figure comes included with only a few accessories, but that's perfectly fine. I like the display stand. The box art looks great as well. The overall sculpt, paint and details are top notch. However, the shoulder seams are rather jarring, but at least they can be covered up by the cape. The light-up hands are much appreciated. Though, the light-up effect itself could've been done better. It would've been nice if the figure came included with a diorama backdrop display like the one that came with Vision. I'm really glad that the figure is finally here after such a long time. Is this the definitive Scarlet Witch 1/6th scale figure? I think so. Sure, there are a few issues along the way, but they don't detract from the overall quality of the piece. Thanks, Justin! I wish they would make different figures from each era in the show. Maybe one black & white for the first two episodes and one that can be made into 70s/80s/00s costumes with different heads/hair. The multiple TV styles made the show unique. We need the classic costume!

The moment I have been waiting for has finally arrived! Honestly, this really helped clear things up for me as to which figure I should purchase, and I have to be honest, the shoulders weren't as big of a letdown as I had believed. This figure, in my opinion, can resemble a heroic, and villainous Wanda, depending on how you look at it, whereas the Doctor Strange 2 figure is incapable of doing so. I will be purchasing this figure instead of the Doctor Strange 2 one. This just made my day! You never fail to deliver the best possible reviews! Thanks so much, Justin!

@@seemslegit9078 Well, if you want a Wanda with more options for accessories or just looks more like Elizabeth Olsen, I would say Dr. Strange 2 Scarlet Witch. However, if you want a more heroic version or one that looks better in general, I suggest Wandavision Scarlet Witch.
That last pose with Wanda and Vision is dope...I think l might steal that when mine comes in.

I’ve preordered both this version and the MoM one. I don’t mind the shoulder joints on this figure and I also don’t mind the evil motifs for her other version. The accessories look like they’ll be fun to display for the evil version.

Does the MoM have the LED feature that this WandaVision one has? It's not listed as a feature and I'm mad about it lol. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of the MoM one last year because it easily looked like the best version, IMO. But then I saw somewhat recently that the WandaVision figure had been updated to include the LED light-up feature to illuminate the magic effects on the different hand pieces and couldn't believe it wasn't added to the MoM version also.

I think a big selling point for the MoM version for me is the fact that you can switch out the hair style. I really hope hot toys do that with all long hair figures. So you're not stuck with one pose when the hair gets in the way of articulation

Great review, Justin! Did you edit out the elbow bend? I really wanted to see that because I’ve heard they have only a single bend to about 90°.
I’m actually a bit under the weather so my stupid ass straight up forgot to film it. Full double bend and can go past 90

Yes the shoulders don't look great and the ankles are awful, but I'm planning to use the cape and have her levitate next to Thor and Dr. Strange anyway, casting a spell while holding the Necronom... I mean the Darkhold.
Can't wait for it to arrive in 6 months or so. Her space is already booked in the display!

Finally! I've been waiting for your review! The figure looks great and I love the headsculpt! Definitely don't like the exposed joints but i will admit, Hot Toys made a smart compromise in using tbe cape to hide them sonthat we could pose her without potentially damaging a seamless body like Wonder Woman's earlier figures. I could've sworn that Hot Toys said the crown would be removable but oh well. I do hope we'll get a 2.0 of the Civil War one. Thanks for the review Justin!

Hello, Justin. Any idea how hard would it be to swap the vanilla body for a seamless one? I prefer the capeless look, but the shoulder joints are waay too distracting.
Not impossible honestly just some sewing would be required

I had this one pre-ordered since Mar. 2021 but, canceled for multiverse Wanda. I can only get one and that one looked better and had better accessories. I had wished they'd updated the sideshow page but, never did and I waited over 2 years before switching switching. They were "scheduled" so close together I couldn't afford both.

I’m super hyped for mine! I’m a bit disappointed about the shoulder joints, only because HotToys has literally used seamless on the shoulders of other figures. I’ve had my Ahsoka & Grogu figure since it released, and so far, the seamless shoulders are holding up perfectly! When her cape is off, Ahsoka looks so real and amazing! If Wanda had seamless, it would be just perfect. Nonetheless, the figure looks great aside from that.

Amazing review as always ✨, she’s gorgeous, the headsculpt, the details, everything is splendid. For me the shoulders don't bother me at all, at least you can pose her without fear of damaging the arms. Can the material used for the arms, legs and costume be damaged over time ( like the Snow suit black Widow or spider man )? Can the elbows exceed 90 degrees? And could you also make a comparison with the avengers age of Ultron Scarlet witch for the MOM version?

MOM Wanda has no cape or LED, but her headsculpt looks 11/10
Meanwhile Wandavision Wanda has a 10/10 headsculpt, and the LED’s are really nice + cape!
Though choice, but glad they finally pulled a 10/10 on woman HS ( Gal or Scarlet were not a 10 )..

Good review I like the led hand though i thought they were cool and the uv light not meant to be turned on with a flash light you can get uv lights which will be like regular light only purple and make it glow. Or you could buy a little uv light setup but either way that is why they put them i have a infinity war thor and he looks great with the light.
You could do that but then everything would be tinted blue, not a great look

Normally Hong Kong releases are months ahead of Sideshow but I just got my tracking processing invoice today. Those shoulders are definitely bothering me I don’t really articulate Hot Toys so I’ll keep the cape on her not sure if I’ll get the newer version because I normally just intend to get one version of each character. We’ll see.

I just got this figure and I usually prefer rotted hair in the females with long hair, but I gotta say that this sculpted hair looks amazing, I really like the figure, I decided to pose it with the caoe on to cover the joints, besides it looks great after posing the cape… maybe later I will change the look without the cape… I also PO the Multiverse of madness version

I am just going to a moment and highlight your reviews. I love your unapologetic reviews. Although it’s not meant literally. You do apologize but what I mean is you deliver your honest opinions no matter what. I usually always comment and it’s generally 98% in agreement. I also honestly comment as well. Just for feedback purposes so you are hearing what your fans think. And, you are always respectful and positive. I love that. I have said it many times. A studio should hire you because of your knowledge and you have the pulse of what collectors like and expect. However we wouldn’t want to lose your videos. They are more than just entertainment. Money is an obstacle and come thing to manage when there are so many figures out there. So your reviews are very helpful.
Like some others I don’t mind the arm and shoulder issue. Relative to the whole figure. It’s just so good, I can live with it. Plus you have the shoulder and cape piece that hides it if you want to. The hair and head sculpt is so amazing. They really nailed it. Wow! The costume and body are done wonderfully with great details. Even though there is another figure on the way. It would be hard to pass on this one. It’s stunning.

Mine came in a few days ago. She's awesome but I can't bend her joints all the way outwards to the 90 degree angle. Should I just roll with it or do I need to send them a message? I've never owned a hot toy before so im looking for tips!!
Maybe the joint is rotated inside the sleeve and facing the wrong way?
@@JustinsCollection it's going up and down, it just doesn't go all the way up it only goes about half way.
I'm waiting oh so impatiently for my Wanda to appear. Here's hoping her arms as easily broken as Ahsoka's. That hair, I not quite as sold on the molded hair sticking out weird when moving her molded hair. But she looks gorgeous.

Can anyone confirm that only the WandaVision figure has the LED light-up function (NOT the MoM figure)? It seems to be the case, but if you know for sure I'd REALLY appreciate the input! It took me FOREVER to make a decision between the WandaVision and Multiverse of Madness figures a couple years ago and I finally decided to pre-order the MoM one. Then, a couple months ago, I got an email from Hot Toys that an exciting new feature (the LED light-up ability) had been added to the WandaVision figure and I couldnt believe they didn't also add it to the MoM one! It sucks and makes no sense because the MoM one was created AFTER the WandaVision one!
We will know when that version comes out for sure

I chose to preorder this version over the MoM version because this one looks closer to her comic book look and I like the cape. The shoulders don't bother me because it'll be displayed with her cape. I do think the neck looks too smooth and wish it was more sculpted.

Is her pants are made of Pleather too like the one from Civil War version? Or does she have a pleather material at all? Just something to know before buying 😊. Also amazing figure and review!
He pants are not made of pleather, they are screen printed fabric like I said in the video
