Hi, great day, Can you say is there any option to edit the excel file after it have been used in mail merging, because after it is used the file becomes a read only file. Can't make any changes in same file, if want to make then it should be saved as another file. Let's check.

When I click on the total amount any supplier, I will get the allocation details of their total payment. Is there any shortcut to send allocation to every supplier(20 supplier) in a single short instead of click & send one by one.

Interesting question! If you want to select/navigate to a particular cell using Column and Row values, use Excel Name Box. But viewing a specific data range according to Column & Row values is a different requirement and I haven't done that before. If happen to find a solution, I will let you know.
To my best knowledge Excel doesn't have an in built option called Mail Merge. Apart from that using the programming interface of Excel, we can create any kind of application in Excel. But creating a program like Mail Merge requires a lot of coding.
