Automatic High Speed Sorting Conveyor System

In this video, we installed a high-speed wheel sortation system above a client’s existing conveyor operation while keeping them fully operational.
This enabled a smooth changeover process without interrupting the client’s operations too much.
The system used a 5-sided camera barcode reader tunnel & automatic diverts to sort parcels to various zones.
Since the system was installed overhead, it allowed for the movement of pedestrians & forklifts underneath.
