I like this video so much, very relaxed and you showed plenty of familiar spots, like the one at 33:40, where I remember eating my breakfast sitting on those rocks when doing the trail in July 2020. Thanks for the views from Aguille du Midi too.
Your weight is close to what I pack around in Alaska. You seem to have carried it well? You guys jammed from Les Chapieux to Courmayeur on day 2, right? That was impressive!👌 My wife and I ( early sixties), are in the throes of planning for the TMB next summer. We appreciate watching your TMB experience, cheers😎
@@therrolandrews4700 Les chapieux was our second camp. Courmayer on our third day was beautiful but a hard slog, we were thankful for the chair lift down at the end.
Most hotels will store luggage if you stay there. We had everything in our backpacks so didn’t need to. When we got back from our walk we just bought a couple of bits of clothing in Chamonix, there are so many shops there. You’ve got both options if you need it
Wow. We took the tram up! I applaud your efforts and wish my old body could hike like that!
you guys are sweet. Thank you for this video, im making my solo tour in september. A present for myself 🙂
So beautiful
Great stuff 👍😃
Great video, it looks like you enjoyed it. The tour is fantastic.
It sure was, we are going next year again.

Hey Robert, nicely done. How much weight you figure you were packing around Mont Blanc?
Thanks for the comment, my backpack was 11.5kg not including water. Mo’s was 8.5kg

@@robertmorgan5941 it’s been home for forty years. Good hiking. Bears though.
Is there a place in Chamonix or Les Houches to store luggage?
