I am so thankful that I found this video. I have severe Tourette syndrome and recently began being unable to safely navigate the world upright. There are levels on which I can’t equate my situation at all to what you’ve gone through and are going through, but hearing you talk about your life and the adaptations you needed made me feel less alone. So thank you.

Hey, I have this same issue. I used to have more videos on my channel about it but can't be bothered now. I have abdomen and leg tics which mean I get folded in half and have to use a wheelchair.

Same here. I'm born with cp and I have Chronic pain as well. I can't walk no more then 2 minutes but the wheelchair gives me life and is amazing when I have a lot of pain

Nancy Driessen I can’t believe your watching it all the way through, I’m sure I can be kinda of boring when I ramble but so glad it can help you and you find it useful. ❤️

I’m sort of a newbie to your channel. I’m also in a wheelchair due to a birth defect called Spina Bifida. This video was fascinating to watch. You have a couple things I haven’t heard of before. I love my SmartDrive! I just wish the battery wasn’t so big on the wristband. It makes getting my coat on and off a little difficult.

That's an interesting take on the wristband. I have an old SmartDrive that doesn't use a wristband and I've wondered about the pros and cons of the newer models. 💜

I'm getting a wheelchair soon and I keep seeing videos with the freewheel is it worth getting? ie for a first-timer should I get one or not?
